Mine shutdowns for maintenance are usually 14 days for a very large mine (Of which this is not), such as BHP Port Hedland, or some of the larger Rio Tinto sites in Western Australia - The scheduled shutdown on this is likely to be a week. All mines shutdown for maintenance at least once a year, some 2 or 3 times a year, so there is nothing abnormal with this.
In effect, preventative maintenance on a regular basis is crucial for the mine not breaking down, despite what all the negative posters will have you believe
regarding the export license, this will likely be end of this month - Once shutdown has taken place, and parts changed out, the plant will be able to declare nameplate production - Once declared, the export permit will be issued.
All going smoothly from what I can see
