We had an RNS 2 weeks ago confirming offers and multiple interested buyers after 16 months since the banks approached Eurasia to dangle the carrot of a sale. In the scheme of things the last 2 weeks is relatively nothing time wise. People are getting impatient and I get it, the other option is to listen to the made up lies of the sera pets and sell now.....but imagine if that sale RNS then landed on Monday morning. We know it’s due, we just don’t know when, but it’s the closest it’s ever been

Seasick - I think the only thing that will send this north quick is sales news and the buyers already know where they stand so timescale wise I’d guess the offers are in and the BoD are reviewing.

An RNS after hours blowing this out the water would be much appreciated. I like most just want to know where I stand now...

If 2 months ago in 40’s someone said you’ll have a chance to buy in at 24p you’d be rubbing your hands together. The only thing that’s changed since then is the DFS has been formally approved by the state and the BoD have confirmed multiple offers and interested parties....

Managed to buy right yesterday at 24.14p, 24.430 was the lowest I’ve seen today so a bit of lift this afternoon would round the week off.

I just have PIface with the trading pot.

I've been trying dummy buts all morning and best i've had is 24.43p which i've just got 7,584 shares which should show shortly. Even when it's hit 24p on google couldn't buy for less, hopefully we get a nudge upwards this afternoon.

BB seems awash with people saying EUA is going down the swanny last few days, all the RNS's say otherwise.

Whether you take their s**t on board or choose to take note of official information put out by the EUA BoD via RNS's is up to you. But ask yourself - do you ever go on other BB's you're not invested in and throw mud saying it's a dead duck, or do you do better things with your day because it's none of your concern? I stay away and concentrate on those I'm invested in, so then what is the motive of all the poeple that have turned up in the last couple of days......to take your shares off you cheaper than Veles and the other ii's paid so they can increase their holding or sell them back to you on the way up!

91jonmo - agree the only thing moving this up substanstially is sales news. The confirmation of multiple bids and DFS approval made relatively no difference to the SP yet Alexei selling his share raped us, so I've no doubt the MM's control the SP for those reasons.

The good thing being when an offer is made for 50p, 80p, £1, £1.50 or whatever it is, the share price will instantly re-rate around that figure and that's then where we will sit until the buyer signs on the dotted line.

Seasick - the RNS 2 weeks ago work is continuing to convert non-binding offer to binding offers. There is a chance buyers have put binding offers forward by now IF the DFS was the gating factor for this.

The reason they haven’t been announced yet could be the BoD are waiting until they’re all in, or they could already have all the binding offers and are weighing up their options.

If you were buying a house and the estate agent said Sealed bids, the highest bidder wins then you would want to get your offer in first I’d imagine? You’re not going to kick the can for weeks, I’d want to be first in to know where I stand.

This sales process is costing the buyer(s) money in salaries, legal fees, travel, geologists and some of them if unsuccessful won’t get it back. I don’t think this is being dragged out on purpose, nobody would benefit except the legal teams but I do agree we should be told in the coming weeks a ballpark figure so shareholder know where we stand. If you believe in the BoD and assets we have no option but to remain patient.

The Alexei episode is water under the bridge now there’s no point dwelling on it, we can’t change it we are where we are, closer to a sale than we’ve ever been.

If the FSP had been jeopardised it wouldn’t have been mentioned in the RNS yesterday morning, however it stated the BoD are still working on it. I think / hope we know where we stand by mid Feb.

1307 - full of sh*t, you mean your short and you’re getting your comeuppance. You’ll know JUB and TW and their multiple failures at shorting EUA but you haven’t learned.

I suspect you tried to buy back in around 14-18p yesterday to close your short but you weren’t quick enough or couldn’t get enough shares. And now you’re panicking because the next RNS could be the hammer going down and sale done and dusted!

I’m not ramping anything in fact I’ve encouraged people that are unsure of their investment to sell in the past, no skin off my nose one the offer RNS lands

1307 - did it take you 16 months to tell the decorator to F off? Did you get a bank to negotiate on price with him on a success fee basis a and a solicitor to draw up the contract? Did it take you 25 years to prepare your house ready for decoration? Did you have multiple offers off decorators in competition to decorate your house?

No you didn't so you getting your house decorated has nothing to do with the sale of EUA and is not comparable. Close your short and do one while you've still got a shirt on your back.

Most RNS's since the FSP start have stated the BoD 's priority is the sales process and the only indication of sales price is the ACF report at a minimum of 54p, that was prior to the flanks and DFS. Also I think all metal prices were far lower then especially Rhodium which has since risen exponentially.

I think in the next couple of weeks we should get some indication of a figure the BoD are willing to accept. PI's have been more than patient since Oct 2019, some even longer, it's about time we know where we stand.

Agree Lenoman there was no doubt after yesterday’s behaviour that Happyscot is certainly not a genuine investor long in EUA. To put it politely he’s a morbid narcissist that is best ignored.
