Ian - I think the DFA was a bit more than a house surveyors report. It was more like planning permission being granted to build other houses in the garden.

They ****ed up in that article and put approached instead of approved which is probably the most critical part!

I’ve been scratching my head a bit at why we’re stuck at 30p after confirmation of offers and DFS to be honest, when we hit 45p on less...

10% a day would do leading up to the sale like the sp did up to 45p, only this time it should go higher!

I believe at least 100% upside on sales announcement just because the ACF report stated 54-60p range before flanks and DFS sign off we've just got.

I did mention DFS RNS first thing but I'll be honest I was just hopeful and a lucky guess. Uncanny how Thursday seems to be the day for good news from Eurasia.

The Bod know their bottom line sale price and I think the fact there's been multiple offer already means now's the time for interested parties to put the formal and final offers forward. All due diligence has been done previously so everyone knows where they stand and calculations by buyers will have been done in anticipation of the DFS approval.

I think sales RNS within the next couple of weeks, everyone has what they need now and there's no reason for this to drag much longer. Buyers either put up or shut up!

I'm buzzing but thought we'd get a summary of what's actually there...

A couple of reasons it’s taking longer than expected:
- last non consolidated palladium play -
multiple offers being worked to binding offers
- Rising PGM prices, rhodium for example has risen 5 fold since this started in Oct 19.
- Complexity of deal considering Covid, potential bidding war, government approvals, exchange rates.
- Final due diligence maybe on the DFS and any other pending updates.
- Legalities negotiated across different time zones, languages etc.
- Finalising who’s staying with the company and who’s moving on.
- Final negotiations and best offers being put together
- Christmas holiday delays
- AOB

The company is in a far stronger position than it was in Oct 19 when this started hence when the SP is holding up around 30p and not dropping back to the teens and single digits.
