Even if the sp went down today it would make no difference. The RNS confirms multiple offers, it’s happening it’s just taking longer than they’d like.

If it wasn’t going to happen the RNS would have said CITIC, UBS & DLA Piper are no longer advising and have parted ways

Grate - I have zero sympathy for shortest just like they don’t for us, like calamari this morning on here they share nothing of substance and try to instil doubt to panic holder for their own benefit. For me it’s black and white and they’re trying to lose you money when doing the above, they’ve had an exemplary warning already with Eurasia with the demise of JUB so if they’re still stupid enough to short then for me I hope they lose the lot.

Not one oz of sympathy, not even a cheap oz like copper or something, definitely a rhodium oz!

If none of the offers were in the right region the RNS would be saying the FSP has been shut down as fair value wasn’t being offered, but no it’s ongoing so buyer and seller must have reached mutual grounds.

And I’d like I’d like to say a special foxtrot Oscar to those that tried to speculate that Eurasia wouldn’t have received any offers yet as they’d have to RNS them, eat ****t!

We know the ACF report was the company setting its benchmark nearly 12 months ago now and a lot has changed for the better:
- flanks approved
- UBS & DLA Piper appointed as advisors.
- Rhodium almost quadrupled
- Better machinery
- DFS due

We’re all good here it’s happening!!

Also recently jumped on the ARB train and the CEO communicates via Twitter regularly like Eurasia used to in late 2019, it makes a nice change when shareholders are kept updated, it’s keeps them engaged.

But I agree, although this wait is getting tedious for any update, maybe the BoD learned a lesson from the CITIC guy leak that caused suspension hence the radio silence. Just a thought...

Agree JP. A few points worth mentioning regarding the EUA BoD:
- They take no salary
- They own around 25%
- Their CV’s are all worthy of a seat at the table and have industry experience.
- Most are well connected within the PGM mining industries.
- The most recent additions are being paid only on the completion of a successful sale of the company or company assets.
- They’ve kept Eurasia debt free.

SP may react today to the machines being ahead of schedule, wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen a delayed reaction to a decent RNS, especially now BTC has recouped a decent chunk

The price going down doesn’t bother me, I’ve been in long enough to have a single figure average but after waiting for so long we got a spoon full of sugar from the 3rd December RNS and as 91jonmo says it shouldn’t be RNS’d if there’s a chance it won’t be met, better to say nothing.

I respect your points and my expectations of the final outcome are unchanged, it’s all just getting a bit tedious now though.

I disagree with you there Monty, e we’re in the midst of a pandemic when the RNS on 3rd December states it was expected by month end, it’s not like the pandemic has hit in the interim. I respect that times are hard but after waiting so long for news to come I feel we deserve an update from the company.

Might be time to give Keith a call. If they could set the expectation of the DFS being signed off by last December they must have a rough idea of when it will land now and should be able to share again.

They may already have it and just not put it out yet. Wouldn’t be the first time. What was it when Alex found a license that had been granted before Eurasia had announced it, I think it was the flanks....

Hairy - which bit was the ramp? I stated the price of Rhodium which was fact, also it’s one of the 4 main metals in EUA basket from WK which were due an update on the resource there as per RNS’s. As usual all backed up from legitimate sources.

The bit on the DFS and sale news arriving together was just an opinion... another one that never adds anything of value here

Rhodium holding firm at $19,200 which is ideal timing for the imminent DFS due to be release, hopefully this week.

Personally I feel the longer this takes the more chance the DFS is aligned with the sales news.

Agree belstaff - after a slow decline to just bounce 16% as we stand seems odd. We hit bottom and bounced back up hard
