Montmuzard - good post. And as some have mentioned I think of the offers aren’t in the ballpark the BoD are looking for then they wouldn’t be progressing to binding offers.

Everything is good it’s just taking a bit long than everyone expected, including the BoD. However it must be worth while as UBS & CITIC are still on board on a success fee basis, DLA Pipers bill is still racking up, it all must be worth while.

I doubt it will but if it did there’ll be no chance to buy at 10p if you couldn’t buy this morning at 21p

Speaking of which, 1307 has got an hour left to see if he can buy back in at 22p like he claimed this morning, only the sp seems to be heading in the wrong direction for him

The only hope shortens have of closing their shorts under the low 20’s now is if a sale doesn’t happen (which I highly doubt) as like we saw this morning, and major drop is instantly bought in to, same as when the Alexei scenario took place last week, you just can’t buy. They’re on very thin ice here now, it’s not a risk I’d be willing to take

KAZ MCAP is currently around 3.7 billion, KAZ’s debt is also around 3.7billion. So I’m theory of Kaz had no debt the offer would be double at approximately 7billion, does that sound logical?

So if Eurasia has no debt its valuation should be comparably higher than the offer made to KAZ....

If you pulled up the previous Motley Fool article and compared them I can guarantee they will contradict each other!

Motley Fool is what Parsley and 1307 use to base their investment decisions with Eurasia on.

A quick google search has brought up KAZ as having a net debt sum of $3.7billion.

Eurasia has none.

Prismed - not we’ll up on Kaz but I’m sure it was mentioned on here a few months this ago and they have a chunk of debt too, which Eurasia doesn’t.

Chris - if someone took Alexei’s 27 million shares at 29p last week. Why would they drop them on to the market the last few days at 23-28p at a loss when sales news is due?
