Dark is a 10 year old company , so not unusual for employees or Directors to sell if they need liquidity of part of their shares …for any reason .. so I don’t think it sends that sort of signal about future results or buyout … they simply needed some cash after holding some 10 years …

I fear if ML/ Wife need to sell 15 per cent of shares this could be very bad news unless a co ordinated share placement happens … so far he is in line to be extradited , what’s actually happening here
