I am in Asia , and the same news headline and content actually gets updated while you are sleeping , hence what looked positive at 1 am in the morning Uk time , by the time 8 am arrives sometimes updated news looks less positive

Vanessa still holds some 90 per cent of her shares in Dark … as I have said Mike Lynch and his wife are the only ones who might be forced to buy at a low price if he fneedabd needs the extra cash , also his extradition will probably if it happens hit the share for a short while maybe

TB could still offer again but need to offer north of 850 / or 950 if early next year … they clearly like Dark and yes the price they could pay will be clearer with their new office and research … of course not depending on any takeover
