The Dark management and employees have loaded up on shares and share incentives - so within the next 2 years 11 months they want the business to FO well and the shares too ! So everyone is aligned ….
Within 1 year , China could be opened , War over and Nasdaq rising , and even better in 2 years ..
Risks are mostly that ML and AB might need to sell if fined and extradited although a share placement should be easy to outside investors of their 15 per cent .
Also existing big individual shareholders might need some cash for school fees , summer house in Barbados … etc ….
The volume of shares traded each day needs to pick up …
Next results Mid January
Dark needs some new big deals in next 6 months , Pentagon , Japan , Middle East , Europe
Macron is visiting Biden , the cost of the War is high in EU and Uk …
The war if it stops will help a drop in inflation , a drop in energy and food prices , allowing interest rates to come down and tech shares to rise … Dark is the lucky one , with zero or little debt , and I expect the next 3 results in Jan / April / July to hit the ball out of the water …
In December it’s hard to see what news could help Tech shares rise , but Jan onwards lots of good news to come …
Surprises like China opening , the War finishing and the Fed pausing and reversing will be helpful
When is next news on ML expected … at these levels Dark looks cheap , for a quick 15 per cent profit !
And finally don’t forget Dark executives are probably networking as we speak in Qatar , so not surprised if we see huge new deals in 6 months coming from Saudi and UAE and even Israel ..
