Yes, however need to also consider the ratio of the dilution everyone is honing in on, the large and most “damaging” raises were undertaken in 2019-2023, the volume has tailed off since 2023 and the NAV has continued to increase. Hopefully the capital raises (incl. any that may occur in future) will only be undertaken in support of short term services/operations and growth/capital generation will be more organic in future months/years (hopefully!!!)
