Lol dunder Yes I would like the BOD's renumeartion to have some tangible link to SP performance, but I do find the complaints now slightly amusing when aminex look poised to deliver final appraisal prior to production, assuming the Farm out is concluded of course. If you want a gap, try 2102 to 2016! Looks like the BOD have plenty of specific multi year sub Saharan experience, especialy with 2 Omani Board members ;)

Farm out negotiations tend to do that to com's smudger I like you think a licence must be linked to the Farm out, otherwise, what exactly are the Zubairs farming into PSA wise? PS Gin is always a great analogy on this BB ;) GL I am thinking of you :)
