lol Lex I am sure BMD is looking for a new one, after all the shareholder value realised @ Saffron and his failure to get into AST. Still maybe Jon Fitz would be a good replacement? :)

Fat chance, how many main listed companies do you see having quarterly meetings with shareholder reps? A formal quarterly update/conf call would be more realistic.

There will be no farm out till at least a licence is in place Kejoglo, to farm out before then is giving the aasset away for a massive discount and that should not happen, unless of course you are the buyer or working for them. Otherwise it's a luducrus proposition.

Morning LT. All I am saying is if there is a deal on the table for the Farm out prior to the AGM that is my # 1 priority. As the money raised unlocks (in conjunction with a licence) the future of Aminex. Thats is around a month before the AGM in July. I fully trust the members of this BB to get together in preparation for the AGM to bring up any relevant points including the BOD's pay, but with no farm out it will all be all academic anyway. The company is in a far better position than when I first invested and is close to the Jam delivery point but it all depends on that farmout. See you at the AGM!

Worth considering is not losing site of the bigger picture here. A farm out, one appraisal well and a pipeline away from self funded 8 well development plan. Think I will wait for the offer before lynching the bod.

Spot on Celtic, I see a lot of jumping the gun going on. I will wait to see if a farm out deal is RNS'd prior or around the early June publication of the AGM resolutions and make my own mind up then and take my view points along to the AGM and vote accordingly. I am sure based on past experiance here and with the BB members, we will be quite well organised for said AGM with a clear agenda depending on what is released prior.

I am expecting (maybe stupidly) that the farmout offer will be included in the published resolutions around the 11th June for the vote in July at the AGM Tanzania? which means the deal would need to be RNS'd just prior.

lo dunder, we have discussed everything to be fair and until there is an offer on the table everything is old ground would you not agree? Just interested if any positions have changed, the range currently is from 1.25 million per % up to 5 million per %

I agree, it's been all the boring stuff like basin models, CPR's, commercialisation studies, employing more people @ more expense, development Licence applications & not forgetting seismic interpretation....blah, blah Should be a lively AGM and will go one of 2 ways 1.0 Bun fight and rotten Tomatoes 2.0 Party if a resolution on the farm out is passed Take your pick and see you there ;)

I meant the Zubairs as a group really Dunder and not the individuals alone, but it is quite revealing as to where the Zubair corp felt more experiance would help their own investment in the appointments. You should change your name to Arnold!
