Yes so far, Mr Fitzpatrick has bought 16,883,777 shares (3.67%) @ or around the placing price of 3.5p (�590,000)prior to joining solo (officially) Helped facilitate the last placing @ 3.5p through his company Gneiss Energy & now owns 4.219% of the company or at least will when he exercises options @ 7p, is advising Solo, more generally, on an ongoing basis regarding a variety of strategic and corporate initiatives and, specifically, concerning the deal structuring of a sale or farm-out of the Ruvuma PSA in Tanzania.

Depends on who the negotiations are with Mousey? but yes that is what it says. Still needs to be voted through at the AGM or an EGM and is not approved till then anyway I guess :)

GL, I would not be surprised if the only thing they have been waiting on is TZ approval.

Dear LexLugar208 Likewise ref BMD I agree he is worth keeping an eye on for the odd lead. Badger may well be a possibillity with current cash in the bank from the recent placing and �3.5 Million still available from the loan, but no way guranteed based on BDM heard they knocked on the door. It may or may not be open. The Dark Angel might be a better description, ref NR. I would rather see Jon Fitzgerald in the top job myself. Farm out @ Aminex (75% holder) Valuation there and here, a deal maker brought on board @ solo. Peaks my interest as well.
