Willow, the assets are the only tangible worthwhile investing element here and the market cap values them very little at the moment. Not a surprise without a licence in place and the operator waiting for a farm out and funding to move forward. Solo already have the money @ the ready in the loan (although NR says he will place or farm in) for C-1 drill Got to wait for Aminex to sort themselves out and get a cash value for solo's 25% HH is the only immediate entertainment although the farm in news and HH look like being very close together imo and H-1 IPO is pencilled for Summer so July to Sept.

Not really much you can communicate when in lockdown pending farm in negotiations. They need to conclude funding to move to appraisal/development & there are after several other parties involved beyond us pi's, Aminex and the Zubairs. I will get my worry beads out if we don't have the funding details prior to the AGM but not before, regrdless of the SP movements. GL

Ok dunder if thats how you want to play, correct PSA licence it should have been...but whatever. You worked out the difference between NT-1 and NT-2 yet and learnt who is on the board of Aminex?

Well we never had any such problems prior to NT-2 being drilled, flow tested and the oil revealed in the cuttings.

I partially agree Irish J, certainly the Zubairs if they wanted to would only have to buy 1% of shares @2.5p on the open market to make a hostile takeover bid. The fact that that is not their stated intention and that a farmout is, suggest that PI's can have some bites at the Cherry. At what stage will Aminex be taken over...�...if they find the OIL they are targeting @ C1 along with another motherload of gas then it might just be game over, but the SP should be well North of 5p if that is the case. Good luck.
