Quite agree Vike, still I don't expect the Zubairs have any concerns on licencing from the Tanz Gov I am sure they are fully aligned, makes you wonder how fully aligned they may or may not have been over KN-1?

I think the licence will come when the Zubairs want it or need it to willow, which means of course, we might be saying the same thing. Will they drill C-1 without it?

Is this suggesting that they are going to perforate more of the Portland? Coupled with the larger pump they are fitting it would appear to bode well for oil recovery if thats the case.
