Certainly would not be pretty BG. On one hand they certainly never seem to have any issue raising money (much to the delight of the long term shareholders) but $15 million is a significant sum when your mcap is only £11 million. They mentioned a loan from a major bank in RNS 5165U as per below.

"Solo is in early stage discussions with a major bank on the provision of project financing for the development of the Ntorya field from completion of the planned Chikumbi-1 appraisal well until the development reaches at least 40 million standard feet per day."

So loan or sale is the only real options I see.

Seriously, I don't believe that Aminex would cut off their only source of revenue that resulted in them to farmout @ a lowball price, now the Zubairs + TPDC that would be another question as they are the real beneficiaries.

They need to provide more detail on the use of the proceeds and the forward plan at the AGM presentation, other than the loan getting paid off (happy about that) it is not clear what the funds are going to be used for. "probable cash calls likely to be made by the various operators"
Can someone please ask for more detail @ the AGM, they mention Ruvuma but till a spud date is announced what costs are they talking about bearing in mind the money is not for the C-1 drill? I can only guess at the 3D moving ahead before C-1 drill?

I think we are saying the same thing then Crusty and I am certainly not colouring up anything since I agree it is not about investing in Aminex, and I never suggested so, it is all about investing in the large onshore asset with a clear development and demand path, hence the $105 million cost to the Zubairs.
