really, how do you know that Tarry? the Zubairs I think might have also had something to do with the teems and timing of the deal as do the TPDC, so the same applies to them then.

Yes it is nice and tight unlike some of the ridiculous 12 to 15% you often see on aim, however it all depends on the SP on the day they hit your trading account on the 14th September, bearing in mind that Horse Hill Portland flow test results should be announced before then and could be declared comercial and first results of the Kim might be known.

I think you might just be missing TPDC approval via the Zubairs Tarry. It would be much better for the Zubairs if KN-1 remediation is further delayed after all, the squeeze may not be complete yet?

I am sure the Zubairs are not worried Tarry & must be feeling quite pleased after all $40 million payment for 50% of even just the 777 BCF and the $2.5 billion sales value, never mind the rest of Ruvuma.

I am sure the licence will come their way as and when they want it, but probably not before solo's 25% is bought out?
