Well my position is a little different as I have no idea what the real situation is with the TPDC and I certainly don't believe that Aminex management would have sat and done nothing about their source of income if they were allowed to proceed. The kit has been in country for months as confirmed at the AGM.

As for the deal, cash value was too low for my liking, bearing in mind all the risk that shareholders have taken to date with the Exploration and appraisal wells and only one more well could very well have made a massive differance (yes there would have needed to be a placing and I am sure the Zubairs wanted none of that)

Could the management of a small E&P done better with the massive gas finds - maybe.

All over to the Zubairs now for the main asset anyway.

Hi seanp, the consolidation was 20:1 sometime ago now, so the letter you are now referring to I think is the "Open Offer" and not consolidation.

So with the open offer you can buy 1 share for evey 9 you own at a price of 2.25p or none at all of course.

So you can either;

Not buy any = Sub Shares to Lapse (Default) means you don't have to do anything and you will not be buying any open offer shares

Sub Shares to Exercise - If you want to take up the offer then you would select this option.

Apply for Additional Shares - If you want to buy more than the 1 for evey 9 then you can indicate here how many extra you woud like. This would be dependent on others not taking up their offer and their is no gurantee how many extra you would get.

The Zubairs certainly like the assets, more likely they would buy out Aminex than walk away.

if you told them that you had a rich Omani aunt that was putting up 50% of all the money for the house and you can pay the whole Mortgage back in a year and a half through earnings it might help. Thats whats on the table here.

Most certainly not zoro & it's quite ridiculous when you consider the 11 times increase in resources @ Ruvuma now totalling almost half a trillion cubic feet of gas to solo alone and all with a production plan and an Omani company putting in over $100 million to take it to production.
