Is that fully correct Crusty? I have not seen the terms of the PSA but I have certainly seen other PSA's where one party has not been able to meet it's full commitments and the partners have agreed that the costs are deducted pro-rata from production revenues for example.

Certainly there would be consequences as the BOD pointed out in the RNS

To sell for $20 million would be a traversity imo, look at aminex for an example.

I think It's about $14 million spend Willow so $20 million = $6 million profit for all that risk shareholders have put upfront over the years is bugger all.

Interesting, I think production could be the back end of 2019 and not Jan 2020 based on the demand profiles I have seen Frank. Tanzania needs the gas and the current producing wells are reaching capacity. I am still unsure on KN-1 based on who benefits most from it not producing.

I fully understand your back to back comment and the value of the current deal, it was way below my expectations as well random, although as BG pointed out they did say that the back to back would be dependent on the NT-2 result, what they did not do however is bl00dy communicate that NT-3 was on hold because they hit a much bigger result than they expected.

Randomaxe the question should go to the Board and to the Zubairs, they are the ones that approved it.

Maybe it was the bringing on the Zubairs and drilling NT-2 and the 11 fold increase in resource. I am sure Brian Hall as Jays boss would have been the best person to ask, he would have agreed Jays performance boundaries after all and the raise.

MR J, they would have to issue a notification of sale for each 1% we have not seen any. They are more likely to buy the additional 1% to initiate a reverse takeover imo.

Hi Frank, I would like to see solo hold the full 25% through to production if they can but of course pay for it through a major bank loan or a cornerstone investor (but beware) Certainly they can not fund it through share issues with this current market cap. $12 million annual earnings by Jan 2020 for $15 million outlay is a no brainer imo and a very fast return on investment and it would move solo from a fund drill spike crash model to a much more stable and sustained SP, just what we all want right.

Many of course would like to see a deal before then of but certainly my view is - the shareholders have already financed the risky discovery drill (NT-1) and less risky appraisal drill in NT-2 - go for the 3rd one C-1. It looks much bigger from the seismic and also has an oil target. It would be worth evaluating again at that point, bearing in mind the asset will by then be just months from production.

Funding & C-1 could of course turn out to be a duster, although I expect the appraisal part of the drill for gas will have at least as high a COS as NT-2 did and that was a very nice result after all.

I have no doubt that it will go through steve and even if not, don't forget that the Zubairs already own nearly 30% of Aminex, they could buy 1% on the open market and force a reverse takeover in the blink of an eye.

The asset will belong to the Zubairs by hook or by crook imo

Retail sales value of over $2.5bn (I accept there is a lot of risk and time before that is delivered) but $20 million per 0.5 TCF with a confirmed market and comercial plan? Tut!
