I doubt it will collapse Frank, nearly 50% of the shares are in sticky hands. Massive movements on 0 volume, games is all. If it's still at these levels it's just as likely that people will be filling their ISA's, although there could well be news long before then.

The LNG projects are stuck and waiting for our PSA review before they can progress, so PSA and licence for Ruvuma before LNG FID

No idea ref the deal or when and I don't think you can make any assumptions either way. It was only the 20th December the BOD informed us of the renegotiation and nothing is likely to have happened over Christmas and New Year imo.

Not worried about Reef it's worth nothing and just a disposal of any future costs
Helium-1 they said Feb for the IPO but I have my doubts based on the past performance of the Helium-1 board.
Ruvuma - Tanzania has some time pressure to get moving according to the book published in November and backed by the Dara University.

I don't think the loan would stand with no confirmed revenue to pay it back steve so unless the BOD have another deal lined up ready to go and negotiated then if this deals dead then it's back to square one and like you say minus the costs.

I think the Tanzanians would be committing financial suicide if 2020 does not see PSA delivery, not only will they not be able to produce the Electricity that they themselves forecast to create the economy they claim to want but the big boys will likely go play elsewhere, it's not as if Tanzania is the only African country with large gas reserves and LNG plans, many in much more advanced stages, just check out next door and with 0 Carbon 2050 becoming a global goal, their gas could end up never being monetised, or as the book published juts before Christmas states "Tanzania has a limited window of opportunity to enter the global gas market" & the LNG green light in Tanzania is stuck sitting behind the PSA green light.

Keeping my eyes open Chucks. I quite agree, when you are waiting for a Government to conclude it's strategy on a project (look no further than the UK and Brexit, & HS2 as examples, never mind Africa) you just have to let them do their thing.

I think the BOD have been less than good when it comes to keeping Shareholders informed Frank, why they only admitted to the PSA review the tail end of last year when it all started in 2018 with the contract review which you must assume they were aware about but not a squeak on something so material?

As for KN-1 the same applies in terms of any remedial work, no money and no PSA terms and no clarity on taxes, royalties etc.

Nothing material is going to happen till the PSA review is complete imo, could be months, weeks or only days away. Thank goodness NT-2 came in and the assets are 11 times larger gross than when I first invested (not including the additional Jurassic target)

Africa and timelines eh Chucks, seems a similar picture in many African countries, Tanzania -been waiting for 2 years for the GOV. to sort their PSA terms out as an example not so far away.

I expect the BOD have absolutely nothing they can say that's meaningful till the PSA negotiations are completed and the licence issued, although an RNS confirming they have reduced their salary by 90% whilst they sit around doing nothing would be most welcome.

Exactly and one should now question those sleeves that fully supported the onslaught and attack on the PI's who have lost a lot of money and some even had their pensions wiped.

Not sure next week is likely unfortunately zebbo, I don't expect there has been much progress in the last couple of weeks post the RNS on the 20th Dec. I think it could be a few more weeks yet depending on what exactly is being negotiated?
