There is nothing to say till the PSA negotiations are complete. Any speculative humps will be traded whilst we wait, personally I would expect to see the licence soon or the Tanz Gov can cancel those Tugs.

Quite right Edgar, waiting for the PSA review and negotiations to complete with the Gov. Nothing else to say, nothing to tell, not worth spending money on an RNS to say nothing meaningful.

Nothing moves at KN-1, Ruvuma or anywhere else in Tanzania without the terms being agreed through completion of the PSA terms. There is a reason no company has signed a PSA under the 2013 MPSA terms....they stink.

All O&G companies in Tanzania are suffering from the very long delay with the completed contract review and now the PSA review and negotiations.

Gaslady provided this link that suggests that Tanzania is getting ready for offshore and of course the PSA terms come first.

Not much in the news post October Oil & Gas congress. Seems they have ordered the tugs ready for offshore LNG though (thanks to gaslady) The LNG development waiting for the PSA review to complete that Aex and solo are waiting for.

One of the possible options, would certainly make my day if that was the case, suspended or not. It's a huge onshore gas find with the potential to be much bigger and for oil as per the Geological models.

If the Zen deal concludes then they could well indeed pay the price, especially if any of the actions taken to date both on and off this BB prove they are complicit in anyway and then there is the cost of the CPR and the final revelation of what is or is not down that hole.

Who knows John? A joint broker is only ever bought in to raise money. It could be anything from keeping the lights on during negotiations with one dyas through to another deal about to be announced.

I don't get your April sell off? The shares went up around 20% the first few days of the new tax year last year with no news, suggesting people topping up. If there was to be no PSA before then, I will certainly use some of my allocation.

It's because Helium falls under the mining act that was amended in 2018 and is now fully functional after the Barrack Gold fiasco. The gov then moved onto the Oil & Gas and hence the PSA review and the wait over Ruvuma.

So for Helium-1 falling under the mining act, all the terms, taxes etc are already agreed.

$20 mill AUD is disappointing Zebbo, but like you say if the drill proves up the resources then development is likely to be paid by the Helium suppliers via offtake agreements so minimum dilution to production.
