Hi creamsoda, the delay is very deliberate as in to determine the terms of gas extraction for the next 20 years for both domestic use and the much larger $30 BN LNG project that Shell, Equinor etc are waiting on.

First came the contract review, completed in 2018, followed by the PSA (Production sharing agreement) review, now apparently almost complete. Once this is complete then they can issue a licence.

It would be a dull interview if he had to give a break-down of his job title for each component.

Director of the UK subsidiary company is HELIUM ONE LIMITED Company number 09523349

Director of the Auz subsidiary company is HELIUM ONE PTY LTD ACN 618 979 007

It is quicker to say MD or CEO of "Helium One Ltd".

The 2.5 million that Solo paid for a stake in H1 is shown in the accounts for the BVI holding company Helium One Ltd company number 1888591.
As that is a private company the accounts are not made public.
That transaction should not be duplicated in every component company, so there is no point looking for it in them.

If you are not prepared to look then you will not find answers.

According to the numbers on FFD, its as little as $30 million for a 25% share of 24,878,082 boepd or over 6,000 boepd to solo, a nice chunk on the way to the boards 20,000 boepd target & over twice s big as the One Dyas 3000 boepd 2C conversion.
