Evening steve, I was referring to the ex Helium Board, Maybe Geologists should stick to the Geology & let others with experience run the company. In saying that I agree with your post earlier ref the solo BOD, seems they have backed themselves into a corner pending the FO.

Everything seems dependent on the Zubair/AEX farmout which is dependent on the Tanzanian Gov. I see in that both WEN and ORCA, have or are completing workovers, adding compression, refrigeration and the inlet pressures have been reduced, all signs of scrapping the well barrel to meet the forecast short term demand and all costing many millions. If the Gov had pulled it's finger out, Ruvuma could easily of been up and running by now.

Hi Steve, I expect nothing to happen till the AEX/Zubair farmout completes, then it should get very interesting.

One example of where time stops is the event horizon of a black hole Rojo, at least to the rest of the universe observing.

Not according to the BOD Relik. I was not implying anything other than the monumental amount of time shareholders suffered waiting for the pot to boil.

No it doesn't Max, space time in this universe is currently finite @13.8 billion years...about the same amount of time it takes the Tanzanian Gov to commit to something ;)

The new AEX, (ex Zubair) CEO seemed very confident during the AGM call that the Farmout will complete soon. Yes I know we have waited years and the ex BOD said much the same but he certainly came across as being open and confident in his explanation.

The core asset will finally have value again and far in excess of the current mcap.

Ruvuma Farm-Out Update

Aminex announces that the parties to the Ruvuma Farm-Out Agreement have agreed to extend the long stop date for satisfaction of the conditions to the Farm-Out from 31 July 2020 to 31 August 2020. Aminex and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited ("APT") continue to work closely with the Tanzanian Government to obtain approval for the Farm-Out.

Robert Ambrose, Executive Chairman of Aminex commented:

"We are grateful for ARA Petroleum's continued support to the Company as we all strive to close the Farm-Out."

Based on the conf call with AEX yesterday that clearly BDS-1 attended and knows all about, I would expect an extension, although a short one & like AEX shareholders expect stalemate till the Farmout is approved by the Government. The new AEX CEO (Ex Zubairs) believes that it will be very soon.

Lets see if he does any better than the last lot.
