RE: Cineworld boss responds to concerns over its closed venue in town centre21 Nov 2020 14:07
I think it's the timing you suggest these things will happen, many other have read the same information and come to different conclusions, all guesswork by us pi atm, however dilution isn't first priority, make the company safe to trade till reopen, then consider raising cash in the summer of next year imo. Litterially no serious lth (2022 and beyond) is not expecting some sort of dilution to occur between now and 2022 or maybe I'm wrong, but even if the debts secured by future share bonds etc it's still a dilution. The thought is dilution will only occur above a £1 because of mookys holding imo, however when directly asking for examples of past cva meaning a share dilution at the same time to the business I got given, carpetright?! And the only other example you more negative posters have offered is intu, dyor but neither apply imo. If you can back up your argument with a better example and I'll be more than happy to look into it, however ive done my research, read the same information as you and come to my own conclusion, directed at rock8, not a dig but opinion shouldn't be portrayed as fact, hope you take a punt dude, but shorting at this level is dangerous, at 60-100p if reached short term maybe short as there's a very long road a head
