Pretty much why a use lse chat bb's as it does allow you to get shares on your radar that you may not have seen or be aware of. Nothing wrong with a quick cross ramp imo, continously plugging is where I draw the line but doesn't really bother me personally, as others state, nobody making you invest just use it as another research tool imo

True value doesn't mean a lot if there's not positive rns's every 5 mins it seems. Iweb Halifax has it for sure, go buy and type mxc, I was surprised it was there, you'll probably get it cheap as the others who have doubled up already rerisk. Dude, I'm in the same boat, looked at lunch time, wasn't looking like an awesome day all around but was expecting that as Mon, Tues were good for me. Looking again tonight, jesus, presumably USA sell off that seems to have reversed its self already sparked the decline, a lot of my shares seemed to plumit from about half2! Anyways, gotta be a hold till div now, we've done the hard bit waiting for the results, fingers crossed it all starts moving back up tomorrow!

Exactly cluster, definitely the tactic best suited for me, do try occasionally to be a trader and more times than not fcuk my position right up. Aston Martin, senior and shell being my last three missed timed 'trades' on shares I want to own and now painfully sitting on the side lines, hoping to get to reinvest at least near my exit position! Yep, clearly was, but quite ballsy imo considering a potential rns dropping but well done, bigger the risk, bigger the reward! Yeah of course hindsight we should have all taken 66p and rebrought now, the signs were all there that there was a little pump happening just from the increased activity on here. From what I've just seen a lot of my shares are just having a retrace today after a up day yesterday. A lot of fomo occurred last few days and it seems the lack of a rns has caused a mini panic. Hold till end of march at very least people, gotta give this time imo. Personally I'm keen to try and sit tight till 2023, obviously anything over £1 in the very short term may make me top slice, although I'm sure my greed will take over at that point, my biggest fault when investing! However that's the point I invest, I don't really trade, mainly because of sods law! Nuts how many sells I regret compared to buys. This is in its very early stages of development, paper looses, paper gains doesn't mean fa, two prices count in this game, when you buy and when you sell. Being a bit sh*t at all this I tend to not sell when up (greed) or down (losing money) its at that break even point ie today that makes me more likely to sell out of sheer panic! I'm now underwater as well echo! Disappointed but I brought because of the next 5 years not next 5 days, gla

Right, my view is that we all gambled that btc would increase in value, some called it a lot sooner than others here, I was fairly late to the party so don't have that comfort of being 10-20x up already however I believe in where btc/ block chain mining is going. The company clearly thinks the same and imo gambling that a rapid growth now is the way forward to sieze a even larger share of the market in the future. Im proper excited, ok dilution is dilution but imagine where this will be in 2023+. Strike when the iron is hot, and atm btc is red hot, its ballsy and aggressive, that's why I'm excited, and see this only as a good thing for the overall game plan.

Peeps can't sell, debt or dilution being talked about, btc going down etc, blimey, if anyone needed evidence a lot of posters do so with an agenda I would suggest just look at the last few days here! Literally nothing has changed and I advised people to dyor, have patience and a little faith. Also, suggest using the app, you will have a better idea of what they are trying to achieve. This could become a big player as a btc bank, with all the services that a bank offer, plus 5% interest, crazy to sell imo, just give it a few months?!

Definitely not dude, it was my way of illustrating the 2.4k avg got users, for everyone just testing and seeing there will be others popping in larger amounts. Wealth is totally all relative and I will never begrudge anyone with more money than me, and what's nice is there's a fair few of us echo, that are using the isa stock and shares as a great way to slowly but surely accumulating a bigger pot. Sad reality is money makes money, and on these bbs there is a full range of the different people in the different stages of that build up of wealth the rest I reckon are kids having a laugh for the most part!

500% not 1500% increases before someone corrects me! 250k at end of march is very much at the top end doing my calculations and would imply building on that 40% week on week throughout jan/feb so realistically were hoping for minium 80-100k users as of start of Feb, from the 50k end of Dec suggests. I would imagine hitting 100k they will state it rather than just percentages as it would be a milestone? Ie 1000% growth from August would be considered on track? Anyways, fingers crossed the hype is right!

Totally appreciate your having to use a rough calculator for the expected march figures, 200-250k users is definitely within realms of possibility going by how I think you've calculated that, odd they haven't stated numbers since august, but 1500% increases sounds better I guess! So basically any indication on Feb rns that we are near these numbers, it's going to be well received, or another jump in new user percentages will be encouraging for predicted growth. I hadn't realised how new the app was on android tbh ie I downloaded beta version and yeah with the introduction of full version-super app then a big advertising campaign I don't think it's silly to apply simular growth numbers as seen Dec to Jan for the next few months/year. I almost questioned the holding number as that suggests the avg user would have deposited 2.4k, I only put a piddly 100 in, I feel I'm the only poor person on these bbs at times! But then green kitty went 5k, bang, so technically for every little dabble there will be others with proper money. Right, so im genuinely excited for a trading rns update that will hopefully occur during next week, it's going to be a large month on month increase for sure. My question comes because I think I'm been daft but i cant find actual numbers but only percentage increases on previous rns, does anyone know the actual numbers we are dealing with? Also Im curious to how many users they think will be the threshold to actually be profitable? This is early stages of a journey that could be epic so this isn't meant to read as a deramp, in fact I've crossed ramped mode more than any other share I've owned before because I've had a good experience setting up and using the app. We all know the timing of the btc bull run from Dec has been a real boost for accelerated growth for sure but realistically are we getting a head of our selves? I'm in no rush but with the time scale are people thinking this is a 6,12 or even 24 month period to achieve break even revenue? I'm truly impressed with app, but 1.20 by March, is this figure because of its potential or based on the numbers we are likely to see, appreciate any numbers or calculations people are using for there predictions, cheers

OK, so im probably in danger of proper annoying you now drugs but think you will find there are an awful lot of posters who do so with an agenda unfortunately. If you're new to using the bbs you can be influenced and that's why there is so much talk of deramping and ramping, it's actually pretty nasty practice, simply done to try to get people to lose money. It's nuts if you have ever been on a board for a while, experience a rise or fall in sp then all of a sudden, tone changes, the trolls come out in force, either shorting or wishing they had got in before the rise or nearly as bad ramping the fcuk out of it. Can really effect your own mind set and have to be strong with your own strategy and ignore the noise. Now I'm not suggesting that's you at all drugs, as if I had lost that kinda money I think I would want to vent my frustrations too! Especially as the bod have not done us any favours over the last year. However it's very obvious why some do post and you are naive to think differently. For example, never have I ever posted on a board that I don't own the shares of, proclaiming all share holders should sell up as its a dog of a share, why would you, just being a good smararton, I don't think so. I'll now will wait till people forgot the recent car cash and eye the dividend, and will probably top slice above 1400 again as unfortunately you maybe right and this could bounce about from 1200-1400 till the future is more clear. Ps most I've ever taken as a crystalised loss is about 1% of my portfolio, if that's similar to you I'm sure you'll be alright! Gla, drugs take the hit, reestablish a position from here if you like gsk, if not soo many opportunities still to be had but don't continue to belittle gsk. It's like with mates, you can be rude to them but then if someone who's not involved in your group says something about them you get defensive and stick up for them!
