When an Investment Bank is brought in, they do their own Due Dilligence, draw-up a research document which is tendered or sent out to potential investors and interested parties who, in turn, do their own Due Dilligence and research. At the end of this process, the remaining parties or combination thereof, submit to Oriole. This is not a speedy operation and invariably takes 6 months or more, sometimes a lot more.
The Senala licence is a legacy asset set-up before the time of the present management. For the last 6 years almost, it has been under a JV agreement. Managem currently hold 51% and are earning-in to 70% by Feb'24. The CLP is 90% owned by Oriole and under their full control. Oriole decide how and where to spend the money, the preferred route to adding value. There is no comparison.
Oriole are an explorer. They are not an operator of mines or even a developer. The most likely outcome at Senala therefore will be a sale or the NSR option. NSR's are clear and finite, hold value from day one and can easily be sold for cash.
As for the rest, defies comprehension, why anyone with these views would hold a position in this stock and bother to post here. Maybe it's really a 'bridge over troubled water' or time filler in which case, perhaps you should give this stock a rest and try another better suited to your needs.
