It's due to be paid on Fri 29th March (or April 2026 depending on how rubbish your broker is ;p) but I don't think 1.21p was ever likely. If it's just 2 cargoes then 0.6-0.7p more likely but I've not looked at Brent prices for anything more accurate.

Next have always been uber cautious with their outlook commentary, and then often exceeded it. JD forecasting* it's first £1bn year just 3 months ago is coming home with a bit of hubris unfortunately.

* Tehnically the market analysts consensus but JD confirmed they would meet expectation.

Mary - I'm seeing LT support at 120.5, anywhere around there likely IMO.

It's c.£115m down on a forecast from just 3 months ago so market reaction, while extreme, is understandable. And continues on from last year where every miss was heavily punished.

Nick, it's £115m down for just this year, need to apply a forward multiple to that to see why Mcap is reduced so much.

It's a problem across the whole LSE platform, looks like their data feed isn't processing correctly. Trades are still visible on the stock exchange page for each company.

Laserdisc - thank you for all the updates on this offload. I suspect the March DCU payment will be for just 2 cargoes (July and Oct) as this one would slip into the next period (likely all treated as if one offload on completion?). Also, Prax are basing the DCU calculation on "Revenues received...on a cash basis" (less various transport and port related costs that won't yet be fully known) rather than a more traditional accounting 'revenue recognition' basis up to the offload date, so even if they split the lifting Dec/Jan the cash won't be received by them until the new period.

Obvious speculation in this as it’s the first time we’ve encountered it, so may yet surprise to the upside. Or not. Or maybe it’s time for another dram…

They normally provide a pre-close update early to mid January, maybe c.10-11th this time. FY results will then be late April/early May and normally the date is announced in advance.

After Market Close so 9pm UK (GMT), 4pm New York (EST), 2pm Oregon (PT).

Certainly larger than recently but may be funds rebalancing due to CWR dropping out the FTSE250 this weekend, so may include transfers between 250 and SmallCap trackers. The auction closing on the bid price may indicate direction of travel tomorrow (or not) but it's still buys matched with sells so the total size of the UT itself shouldn't be a concern.

You missed the part on the end of that trade line - UT. It's the Uncrossing Trade from the closing auction which happens after close every day and represents where the auction matched both sides, buys and sells, to the best extent possible.

The first five on that list plus two others will be removed from the 250 this weekend because their lower MCaps took them out in this quarter's review. Check the list after open on Monday and I suspect that PRTC will now be the lowest:

But it's not just overtaking those at the bottom that get's you a new entry as they like to keep fluctuations to a minimum. Will need to be placed 325 or above on the qualifying date (27th Feb next) for automatic entry (376 or below for automatic removal of existing members) and the indices then rebalanced to always keep the required total number in place).

There are several other inclusion criteria that also need to be met (which I've not checked for ATYM) and many main market listed companies with multi million/billion valuations are not automatically included in the main indices. * Correction - technically the 'next' rebalancing is on Monday (18th) morning pre-market open, that one based on the MCaps at close on 28 November. But you get the picture, it's once a quarter.

FTSE100 + FTSE250 = FTSE350

Currently around £400m MCap at the bottom of the 250, around mid £500ms to get the required entry level (needs to be placed 325 or higher in the full 350 list rather than just 350 to get in).

Next rebalancing of the indices is in March 2024 based on MCap at the end of Feb. Lots of companies will have changed position by then so anyone's guess who will make the cut.

Few numbers crunched to see how the shares can be acquired:

Total purchase of 1.24m in 16 trading days (16 Nov>8 Dec), avg. 77,600 per day.

Stock Exchange records total volume of c.4.2m over those days. For illustration sales=buys so total transacted = c.2.1m, 131k per day.

So potentially picking up c.60% of the daily on average. As Alnwick indicates, an active Broker monitoring it with buy orders in place could do that without putting too much pressure on the SP. There were big sell offs last week of November as well, 1.3m total volume in just 3 days with a 10-12% drop in the SP after the Euan RNS, so easy pickings for someone on the hunt for cheap shares.

Head and shoulders? May I ask what dates you are reading that across as not really seeing it?

Approved by both the Union Board and also now their members, new agreement effective until 30 June 2026. Hopefully ADFs' statement in the half-year results is now bearing fruit - "the Group is ready to capitalise on the pent-up demand once the situation normalises."

R_P - the last change from Panmure I can see was also a cut from Buy to Hold in 2020, so they must have gone back to Buy sometime in-between but I can't find it either. Not all Broker ratings go public though, some are just released to their clients.
