NOt at all- ive been in and out from 2009- thanks very much -helps to have a balanced view Iain-im well aware of the people suffering from the £6 days, although that high was very brief, and if you were able to read all the posts here, ive been posting here longer than anyone ive seen post these past few years. i dont ramp or deramp it either way Iain, but i will post up links to facts so people can at least see some points of view and research to add to their OWN research. In case you hadnt noticed there are many rampers (and also derampers further back) who keep quoting silly prices on either side without any links or research. And if i may, those that ramp dont want people to understand the mcap and dilution that happened to keep talv afloat. Time people stopped just looking at the SP. mcap is very important here too. Im all for TALV getting a restructure , as a Nyrstar investor since 2010 as well as Herencia and others with my exposure to Zinc prices and the long awaited rebound in Zinc. If you want iain ill shut up and post no more and leave peeps to just write whatever they want without challenge-after all many post a ramp just as theyre selling from their quick trade- dont they? Are you aware of what the GOV is in for re the pensions? it mite actually be more than the clean up costs over time? thus a double whammy headache for them, and more reason for the GOV to enable TALV to get help, then comes questions over timelines for permits etc? and the age old accusations of easy access when permits were issued first time around- permitting authorities still need to be diligent and not allow corners to be cut. IF they can get it right this time around TALV could do well? start small, then grow, retesting process time and time again or the …. will hit the fan. Anyone got the ZInc docs for the expected rise in Zinc prices over coming years. worlds largest Zinc mine is coming to end of life and New Orleans warehousing is more like musical chairs- anything to do with glencore i ask? musing :-)

Morning to you sir- tis why i also shared the older news on the 9th april yle thread on clear up cost to TALV- that must be the same sort of costs over time to the GOV if TALV failed. Maybe GOV have worked the economics on what each event would cost them, then work out how much down the various pension pots are from the investment dates, some would be close to 90% with little chance of realising equal value, so GOV would likely need to top them up in years to come, other wise joe public will be angered at decisions made at this time. Either way its gonna cost the gov a serious packet. Questions are still to be asked and investigations still ongoing as to the dire shyte the co got into with the flawed design and flawed safety flowsheets for the what ifs? events, which have happened repeatedly. Maybe now they can finally get matters right from the outset. Its not like they have 9 lives is it?. I see a smaller scale higher yield possibility- what i havent read is whos gonna cream what from the potential margins, and where is the finance coming from for the future that is required. serious money? any one really think the GOV can throw more at it? if so how much? theyre already having to answer questions on certain matters from before. nothing concrete posted here re refinancing- if there are rumours they are being discussed behind the scenes. the company/ restructure managers should really address the rise with a news release to confirm the situation in case someone has blabbed from within or given a false nod to generate a rise. :-)

Wouldnt have much choice if the co folded as the clear up and continuing maintenance would be running into serious money for many years to come- -the gov either go back for more to help keep talv working or pay shedloads if talv failed. at least with a working operation those Gov pension funds mite see some light? anyone? :-) mcap now past 150 million
