mixed messages and mixed reporting -there are various eia issues to be complied with-howz about we let the company do the concrete news over the next few days? i doubt it was panic over uranium license that weaned investors down today-they probably werent investors on the main per se -just speculators and quick traders who were selling on the spike-after all the spike came early as it does sometimes before the main news. some say it was a leak-for the good news to come. i doubt it. gotta admit the £2 by xmas merchants dont help-everyone out for themselves i suppose. shame peeps dont actually research the company before throwing their money on the table, but hey each to their own. the news could show some ugly skelly wellies, but id rather talv admit their faults and moved forward to become a potential mining operation, lean and profitable, whilst adhering to the eia regs. questions probably arise over past eia and current gov demands. if it was that difficult to adhere to you think nyrstar wouldnt have done its home work first? surely nyrstar would have been asking some searching questions before agreeing the deal recently? a sign of confidence ? after what Nyrstar are in for then and now? one could say did they have a choice or do they like the new business model? corbs-jmo-gl dyoR :-)

Production is already going well- you think the Staraegic Investor is to do with the dry mining project on the urner-and more? to encapture the upswing when it comes shortly? Part of Mnsr Sisays goal of achieving over 250kt per annum of Rutile, amongst other things, such as bringing the green Gold agri Bus together and expanding on the hydro project? Maybe diversifying further? after all they used to have the Bauzite asset many moons ago didnt they? morning :-)

the share price goes back to pre takeover discussion?- fundamentals have improved and destocking situ improved. What if the offer under discussion was Chinese, maybe their plans werent synergised with srx or in the best interests of shareholders or the country longer term? After all srx is a major employee within Sierra Leone -maybe the Chinese were more akin to remechanising the resource pockets as well? :-)

Thanks for your input-note the new DNI process is cheaper still? ;-)) Stuiegee-heres a video explaining some of the issues from both sides-its end of 2012, but still important to see what happened (there were more leaks after this video was made) Hopefully as WM suggests TALV have gone some way to redesign the operation to mitigate future risks and not blame it on exceptional rainfall. Thanks-more meat finally addressing some? issues. I appreciate the effort you have put into your post-its welcome. Can i ask regarding the water tables/flowsheet? surely the co gets variable rainfall/snowfall each year -climate change or other reasons. Are you confident that the current restructuring/layout of ponds etc are sufficient to cope with "excessive" water-overflow when /if it happens again and how secure the integrity is of the ponds seals? seapage etc.? Can we discuss openly the anomoly upgrading the uranium permitting? although it appears uranium is sat at bottom of the gypsum pond and elsewhere?? which is a huge eia problem being addressed currently? or not?-its a valuable commodity that obviously needs dealing with--moving..and selling on to the rightful buyer…$$$$ you mentioned previously the permit re uranium was in place, but as xj intimated that "might" not be the case currently due to the manner in which it was first issued (dubious/slack-and more?). Either way the gov seem to be throwing timelines at TALV with timescales as to adhering to permitting requisits which TALV have stated in current guise is not viable. they need more time. ive said previously maybe the gov could cut TALV some slack re eia/permitting to give talv time to get it right this time around. Yet one can see the govs view too -with all the allegations flying around wether right or wrong, they (gov) know a global spotlight will be on them this time around, thus its imperitive to get it right without opportunities for redress. The gov have to be seen as being strict with compliance that includes timelines? Your debt figures- earlier docs quoted closer to £200 million yet we were alarmed when the figures more recently were mentioned at over a billion. Are you aware of the breakdown of where the billion comes in? your figures do not show this..maybe this is another part that caused the demise in share price and confidence? maybe if the billion pointer is correct it may show up more clearly in future fiscals?. I accept other recovery situations have been successful and appreciate your mentioning various firms. Maybe we should keep to mining firms in a similar situation which had a different set of issues facing them even tho it was debt related. I keep getting slated as a naysayer. I want to see TALV rise successfully as a going concern even rewarding shareholders by way of divis over time, at same time employing substantial numbers to workforce but priorities must also lay with EIA and keeping what is an incredibly sensitive part of the world clean from the problems that might engulf the area should another set of disasters occur. If the country is to regain its credibility with other mining assets here is the chance - bring back TALV in the shape it should have been from the outset- if need be change its name too-out with the old?…… Thanks WM Corbs :-)

Water situation is not fully resolved. One of the heaps is not performing correctly. What lays at bottom of gypsum pond? very valuable, but not much use at bottom of gypsum pond? where should it be? where else is it lurking? its certainly better out and away from talv than where it is currently isnt it? Maybe we can look at the permit again more closely and the youtube video regarding the matter (the one with subtitles) At least he answered the questions more directly than 600uk politicians would have done, although one burning issue he could?dare not answer-gotta give him some credit eh? it wasnt just the water issue either- the flowsheets for dealing with overflow were not properly assessed, nor was the eia process bench tested correctly. talv will need large funding moving forward from a smaller phoenixed operation, the zinc will go to nyrtsar and the nickel is already spoken for- will the figures soon show what is getting paid back to the secured and the not secured creditors -if anything as it appears the debt surpassed one billion-cash tin was empty, so what of the creditors, theyre hardly going to want shares in lieue of assets even tho most of the plant/equipment is new-can they lay claim to an offstream agreement as well to help keep talv going during the smaller start up. what of camecos money? secured? given under contract-how will talv work that one out? written down? that much-they only gave it to talv months ago-if talv were aware of their precarious trading position when they took either cameco or nyrstars money then they were probably/possibly comitting various company offences/breaches, especially if they knew at that time the situation was critical. what of the police investigation ongoing? some of you will say oh well its the past-lets forget about it and look to the future-times have changed. have they? both sides of the discussion here mite help balance opinion rather than quoting £sp - dream on maybe but how about some reality checks here? £1 sp is close to mcap of £2 billion- when talv had an sp of £6 its mcap was fractions of that. corbs still think talv can make a go of this but with much more being done to change the past and restore confidence in local traders let alone the locals and recently the opposition dragging politics into the matter imo jmo gldyOr :-)
