Nice drill results! Why is this at £18m market cap?! Perhaps people can't read? Lol
A couple of good updates this morning.
Massive sulphides at Carlow very promising indeed! Looks like very high grade Cu and Au.
Paterson drilling set to start imminently which is great news! Lots of targets to go for in the correct structural settings. :)
I also just joined and given the multiple targets ARV has at Paterson.
Apollo and Enterprise are my favourites. Atlas South maybe too.
Still waiting for Zipa drill results from Newcrest - what happened to these?!
Could easily make 10x money here.
Happy days.
No, they are not looking to mine, they are looking to find 100koz Au near surface in the current drill programme so the project NPV goes up by $100m and it becomes a viable gold/copper resource. Common sense approach to exploration.
From what I understand focus at Carlow Castle at the moment is the CrossCut Zone as this is likely to be the starter pit as near surface and it is still open along strike to the North/South. If they can find 100koz Au here then the project should work from Day 1?
@ Ratboy. It's far too early to start estimating a new resource at Elizabeth Hill. We've only had a couple of near surface super high grade drill hits. The company will no doubt drill lots of holes around these two diamond holes to expand the volume of this high grade discovery near surface rapidly and pretty sure these drill results will be equally easy on the eyes! Then there is all the underground exploration potential which is yet to be reported. So plenty more to come for those who are patient. Remember not all silver ounces are equal and super high grade / near surface worth a lot more than stuff 500m+ underground!
It's fantastic that Alien are finding a large lump of super high grade silver from surface at Elisabeth Hill, and no doubt there is a lot more at depth underground of similar grade. But let's not forget the value of the iron ore projects. I did my back of the envelope calculation of 1MT per year production starting 3 years from now, sales price $130 per tonne, cash cost $70 per tonne, giving me a cash profit of $60m per year. Discount that back to today that's NPV $237m (£178m) at 12% discount rate. Assume dilution of 50% to fund the project from a strategic investor (a fair assumption I think) so that's £90m NPV ie. 2p per share value today. Add new discovery at Elisabeth Hill - 2p? 3p? 5p? I can see us getting to 2p share price without too much effort.
Charts predicting UFO goes to 1.5p....
