The last six words of the following always need remembering with regards to our Molaoi project, which makes zinc even more precious, compared to the past.

The market for gallium and germanium is relatively small and predominantly controlled by China, which accounted for nearly all low-purity gallium production and over half of the refined germanium output in 2022. Both metals are primarily by-products of other mining processes, with gallium often extracted during aluminium production and germanium sourced from zinc refining waste.

Time for the filters, methinks.

I've been reading through todays posts ( and the past weeks ) and as much as I value everyone's opinion, there are just too many idiots here......on both sides of the fence.

I'm in here for 7.64mil for £15K in my SIPP & ISA.

My money is hard earnt and this is a punt on retiring a few years earlier.

I've brought ROCK shares at 1.4p in Dec 2017 and 0.10p in Oct 2024 - and everywhere in-between.

Happy to wait 2 or 3 years if needs be and will add where possible.

In 2021, the Greek Government offered the Molaoi project for an Open International Tender. With financial and technical support from Rockfire, Hellenic participated in the tender and was selected as the winning bidder. In March 2022, the Greek Government awarded a 30-year exploration and exploitation lease to Hellenic.

Preliminary metallurgical test work was prioritised early by Rockfire to determine the extraction characteristics of the mineralisation and to specifically determine the recovery of germanium in the flotation concentration process. Commercial concentrate grades for zinc, lead, silver, copper, gold and germanium were achieved in preliminary tests.

I did not know that we had achieved commercial concentrate grades for copper and gold in preliminary tests at Molaoi too!? I expect the amount of gold ( and copper ) is small compared to the other metals but why say 'commercial'?

Perhaps those of you in touch with DP could ask about this.

If the 500k 600k share buys were at 0.1652 ......wouldn't the 2mil deals be lower than that?

The spread is tight at 0.10.....the MM would give you shares at whatever price you asked for at this level to stimulate a trade.

No one in their right mind would sell at this junction.....unless they are still placing shares.....which seems silly.

Someone's buying in 2 million share tranches this morning.

Metlen has already grown significantly, doubling in size over the last five years, with a current capitalisation of five billion. Mytilineos is considering further mergers and acquisitions, potentially in Europe, to continue this growth momentum.

I didn't understand the concept here, so I asked co-pilot the following question :-

Who owns Molao and the minerals in the ground? Rockfire or the Greek government?

The Molao mining site is owned by the Greek government. The Greek government has been actively promoting the development of the Molao mining site through international tenders and research initiatives to attract international investment and ensure the sustainable exploitation of these valuable resources. Rockfire Resources, an Australian company, has been involved in the exploration and development of the site, but the ownership of the minerals in the ground remains with the Greek government.

So all this talk of us having X amount of tonnage of various minerals here, how does that equate to the value for Rockfire? How does it work?

Was the below the reason for last Septembers Placing? I'm just looking into the backgrounds of the various parties involved here, prompted by 5085's posts ( thanks and Happy New Year to all ).

Rockfire Resources plc (AIM:ROCK) agreed to acquire all shares in Hellenic Minerals I.K.E. on May 16, 2022. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and as consideration for the transfer of all Hellenic shares to Rockfire, Rockfire will issue a total of 50,000,000 (fifty million) new ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of £0.01 (1.0p) as Tranche 1 ("Acquisition Shares") to the vendors of Hellenic (or their nominees). The Acquisition Shares will be voluntarily escrowed by the vendors of Hellenic (or their nominees) for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Within 28 days after Rockfire announces a JORC-compliant mineral resource exceeding four hundred thousand (400,000) tonnes of zinc equivalent value, Rockfire shall issue to the Vendors of Hellenic (George Skevas or his nominee/s), a further £400,000 worth of Rockfire Shares as Tranche 2 (or £200,000 cash and £200,000 in shares). The number of shares to be issued will be based at a 5% discount to the 5-day VWAP share price in Rock at the time of the RNS release of the JORC. The Rockfire Shares to be issued as Tranche 2 to the Vendors of Hellenic or their Nominees will be voluntarily escrowed for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

The Vendors of Hellenic shall retain an enduring 2.0% (two percent) Gross Production Royalty on saleable product from all metals extracted from the Assets (Tranche 3). Rockfire shall have the Option to acquire the Gross Production Royalty for a cash consideration of £ 1,000,000 at any time.

Rockfire Resources plc (AIM:ROCK) completed the acquisition of Hellenic Minerals I.K.E. on June 10, 2022.

The unknown at 12.30 at 0.17 was my top-up buy. Happy to get that price. May go lower but I'm not risking it.

I'm probably a bit heavy in here, in terms of portfolio share, but I don't know of any better share to be in tbh.

It's funny how old ideas and teachings from our youth can get overturned in a day. But the sad reality is, that come tomorrow, we forget what we've learnt anew and revert back to our old way of thinking.

Allenby Capital Limited is our Nominated Adviser and Broker. Stands to reason that they are going to shout about Rockfire from the rooftops. We need others to hear about us.

I still think we ( and anyone else watching ) will have to see how most of the next 30 holes progress. Anything can happen of course and I'm not risking being out of this share for an instant.

Remember, the share price is more or less one tenth of where this share is deemed fair value.

Please don't see this as a de-ramp. I want this to succeed as much as the next guy.

David spoke about having to do underground mining at Molaoi due to existing tenants on the land. For some reason, I always have it in my head that any mining would be an open-pit exercise and obviously much less costly than underground mining.

Does anyone here know how this may impact us here with regards to any buy-outs or joint ventures? Does anyone have any data of past operations or situations elsewhere? Thanks in advance.

Thirty more holes to be drilled over the next 6 to 8 months ( may not need all of them ) with an ongoing internal scoping study being carried out to determine the economics of underground mining.

Plenty of opportunity to add to our holdings over the next year at this low price.

I've been in this share for years and it's great that we are beginning to see commodities back in vogue and some life here!
