Shares may be held in a SIPP and small sells may be for paying quarterly fees (approx. £25).
I've done it myself when shares are not moving north quick enough..

I cannot answer your question in detail but to me, I see it as - more shares in issue but higher company value = similar stake.

Personally, probably like many others here, I am hoping the share price opens, or is at some point around 3.5p (or lower) temporarily, so I can move these back into my ISA from my share dealing account all in one go. This cannot be done before the shares are back on the market.

Now this is something I can't quite get my head around one way or another and has been 'troubling me' for a while now.

How will "ordinary PAYE employees", who generally go from day to day not worrying about HMRC, and not having to submit a yearly Self Assessment for something like Capital gains, see Tally?
How likely are they to take up investing in gold (which is what Tally is) and then having to inform the tax office?

Maybe I am seeing a problem that is not there but as I was once an employee (now self-employed) I can honestly say most of my colleagues were darn right 'lazy' when it came to 'business and investing'...…and will shy away from getting involved and overcoming that kind of barrier.

NB./ I see that Tallymoney will do the calculations for CG tax purposes for the investor. ie. Tally purchased and spent (multitudes of small calculations) and will able to presumably have a yearly print-out as you do with 'lending circles'.
Even this may not be enough to persuade 'ordinary folk' to invest...…

PS. I loved the Lionsgold name too......but let's not shoot ourselves in the foot at this stage by getting all nostalgic...
