Guess that kinda answers my pre-IPO raise question too....if they are after 1 million then there's going to be warrants (not that thats a problem)...after all, they need all the money they can get to get this off the ground....

One part I am not clear on is the......

Raise pre IPO funds of 500k to 1mil, encourouage exercise of 2.2p warrants.

Is this?......'Raise pre IPO funds of £1/2 to £1 million BY encouraging exercise of existing warrants'
or will they asking for additional investment from investors (with possibly more warrants attached?)....

Feb 2019. Receive MasterCards and have an App available at the App Store.
Complete Pathfinder and investment presentation and promotional documents.

Mar 2019. First marketing campaign targeting uncertainty volatility of Brexit.
Complete IPO raise of £2,000,000 to £4,000,000

April 2019. Have the company listed again on AIM as Tally Ltd.

No, redleader1, this is nothing like bitcoin or any other crypto.......when you invest in Tally you are buying physical gold.....'Tally gold' is only limited by the supply of gold.......which is why I have always said, the mines we have an interest in, should be maintained or even increased long term.

Forget my last post.....over ISA allowance so can't be that....I think I was thinking of a couples joint ISA....but they don't exist either.......odd trades but do seem connected given the timings...

Nothing wrong with warrants quickpro......that's what brings the money in...

But there will always be warrants.....sometime in the future I expect.....depends how long the IPO £2 -£4million lasts ;-)......but hopefully we will be able to go to the banks for finance after that stage...or maybe, just maybe we will be making 'loadsamoney' !!

The date looks to be 27th January going by MJ's director appointment RNS - he has only a few left (£40k) but others will probably be tied to that same date.

"Mr. Joseph owns 23,525,000 ordinary shares in the Company at present (4.17% of the Company's issued share capital) and 1,818,181 warrants exercisable at 2.2p by 27 January 2019."

Not sure what warrants are left to exercise but think I read somewhere it was over £500k.

Where do you get IPO at over 5p?...........it is said to be at 3 point something (some saying 3.5p but could be 3.1p) in March.

Warrants of 2.2 (and if any 1.2) are encouraged to be exercised before end of January which would raise 500k to £1mill which will be used as funds for the March IPO (which will raise £2 - £4 mill)...

RNS came out around 9.54 and I logged in to LSE.......nothing was happening....couldn't figure it out.....it was it the red for a good 10 minutes....why are people slow to re-act here and seem very cautious of good news?
