Total Voting Rights

Looking at the total numbers of shares I have better than a one thousandth share of Rockfire Resources. The more I say it to myself, the better it sounds......lol

I liked the previous broker note, very positive. I would like to see Charles Archer give ROCK a going over soon. It's on his radar as he's mentioned them a few months ago. I suspect he wants to see a few more results in ( probably more than half ) and a better handle on our Germanium aspect.

Stay patient. I can wait 2 years for a 0.95 target but hope it flies past that when the time comes and everything lines up.

Us 'retail' investors will always be cannon fodder to the BOD and the institutional investors, even if they say otherwise, and especially if they smile at you.

Anyone else seeing this going down to the 0.08 - 0.10 range over the next 6 months and ACAM loading up on a load of cheap shares?

In proportion to my others shares in my ISA - SIPP - S&S accounts, I am in up to my neck with 11m shares here.

I will only top up here if under 0.20 and have it spare. Looking to build in other resources shares - which is difficult as there are so many to choose from in these wild times.

Every +0.20 from here is a year closer to my retirement. I am 60 this year and have the 65-67 gap covered with a 25% lump sum from a DB pension. Just 5 years to find. 1p needed......1.5p+ would give comfort. I just need to be able to stick to my goals and sit on my hands when the time comes!

I guess you've all sold a little and are hoping for a small drop to buy back again. I've seen the pattern over and over.

My take on the drilling program is that we have paid 1.7m Euros ( 1.4m GBP ) for 10,000m diamond core drilling. And that's it.

Geotest have said that a second rig would soon be available to speed the program along. This is not contractual, just a help.

It wasn't a 'matter of days' either for SML - it has been around 4 months to go from around 0.4 to 4.00.

And you would have been extremely lucky to have called the top too and I suspect many would have sold way before then.

I was in them years ago at the 0.10 level but never stayed. Probably moved here into ROCK when it was around 1p and I have been averaging down ever since.

Someone here said Rockfire doesn't do hype. Yes it does. Hype and rampers galore. Before the acquisition of Molaoi.

Rock owes me and I'm staying put until the bitter end......lol.

Both for me. I would like to see Molaoi become the cash cow ( via mining ) for other explorational targets.

Well, as long as we don't give Molaoi away for a 1.5% smelting fee like we have with our other assets. What's a 1.5% fee worth to the SP over 3-10 years?

We shouldn’t have to give away the value of our resources based on what we potentially have in the ground.

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, critical mineral and precious metal exploration company, announces that the Company has received notice of exercise of 120,000,000 warrants over New Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at an exercise price of 0.1p per share, for a consideration of £120,000 (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur on or around 23 January 2026.

It's not corruption. It's not how the market works.

It's probably ACAM trimming their position and taking a small profit. ie/. 80 million x ( 0.0013 - 0.0010 ) = £24,000

Not bad for 6 months dealings. They still have millions of shares, if not billions, with the warrants.
