I think a lot of thought has gone in to this RNS with out being too bullish due to the fanfare in the media over BP and Shells results. It’s very clever to emphasise the tax payments to the British government whilst at the same time warning them we will look at overseas investment. I thought the net debt was disappointing but there will be reasons behind that very impressed but the market is funny off late it will be interesting to see how it opens !
Yes some huge buys expect a TR1 shortly.
Hi Thunder I had an email from investor relations advising there won’t be a trading update for the 3rd quarter.
I wonder if there will be a trading update in the next few days.
This day last year they provided one, I'm more and more confident on this share with the recent tie up with I Energy in Saudi as well on the Fendercare side of the business.

I'm not a fan of this share and have been vocal about this previously. I've also been on record saying I hope PI make a few quid on this.
Castle your boring and tiresome everyone is entitled to a view but your here day and night there's more to life than a share board.
Why do you also think your some kind of guru on shares Analyser gave you an example of a company with revenue and a similar market cap and you advise you will look under the bonnet of the company who asked you too ?
There are so many better things to do than spend hour after hour on a share board if you're that bored go and contribute by helping a charity etc you're honestly a very bizarre individual and this is from someone who is sceptical to say the least about this share also.
Some huge off book trades going through this afternoon it seems the price is being held to fill an order expect TR1 shortly. The more I look at the fundamentals of this company the more I don't understand the share price !!
Am I missing something no debt, cash in the bank which will increase in the second half of the year paying a large dividend and a market cap of just £200 million. If someone more experienced on this share is able to provide more information I just can't understand the market cap.
Diandto did you not buy in at 110 ?? Then you described a non exec who bought in at 89 a muppet. Do you actually remember what you have written on this board ?
That’s a decent purchase considering he only joined the board in July £200,000 as a non exec
I’m looking to get back in to Saga after trading it previously and being one of my best trades by a country mile. It’s strange the new commentators who have come on talking about the debt levels. The debt levels have been known for years all of a sudden it’s not going to survive ? I could understand saying this during the height of Covid when there was no income coming in but to highlight it when there is revenue coming in and the ship repayments are calculated within the figures. There are clearly ulterior motives but to mention debt and then telling you to invest in an airline is one of the most bizarre to date on here .
I’m watching this closely as it’s similar to RR a few years back and it was my biggest mistake trading. From memory the RI off Rolls Royce at the time the price was .32p the shorters we’re all over it and managed to drag it down to that price being naive I sold after seeing loss after loss day after day. As soon as it consolidated the shorts closed and it returned higher than the price before the issue I lost an absolute fortune. I wonder iff something similar will happen here ?
If I was a holder as difficult as it is I would just try to switch off for the next 10 days and see where it is then once all resolved. ATB holders
I've had this on my watchlist for a long time I find it strange the sale proceeds haven't had a positive impact.
There could of been no better time to receive the funds based on the dollar to the pound and interest rates rising the way they are, there must be a significant saving in interest costs alone if nothing else. I've bought this morning from the fundamentals it seems way too cheap time will tell !!
Flint as Steve rightly said your not allowed to give financial advice on a forum.
There are so many bargains to be had in the current market first and foremost I’m looking at companies that generate huge amounts of income there are companies out there priced at P/E of less than 2?
Other companies who generate there current market cap in 6 weeks revenue and was previously regarded as growth stocks who due to the current micro climates are trading at all time lows.
There are companies who you can currently get 15% dividends from the market is currently ridiculous but it will turn when it turns is anyones guess !!
The mini budget next Friday might be a catalyst you never know.
I don’t care about others motives but after reading some of the stuff on here a counter argument to balance the board out is required for potential new investors.
The reason I started is the cult turned up on a board I was invested in on mass to abuse the people invested it went up 50% in the 6 weeks afterwards so may mention a few stocks later hoping history repeats itself !!
Nasdaq absolutely brilliant this board !!!
It would have to do another CLN to afford the fees.
I wonder if it will float with assets of 240 million that vanish after a month due to an accounting error.
Where you can buy 10 shares for 1p and this revolutionary new funding idea that is going to change the world of finance why hasn't there been any approaches for a takeover it's literally pocket change to financial institutions . Has there been a single purchase by any of the directors or NED you would think they would be literally climbing over each other to buy shares is anyone able to give a single example of a director purchase ?
Imagine buying £1 million at 0.85 and having all the facts to hand !!!!
Broker rating this morning going from 600 buy to 300 sell !!
So according to Savvy this company should have a market cap of a minimum 150 million based on ??? The company has achieved nothing it’s not even completed a deal but Savvy thinks it’s worth 150 million so it must be right.
I suggest you look at companies like Lendinvest a fintech company backed by JP Morgan HSBC etc with a market cap of 150 million but have lent billions, I wouldn’t invest in that company either before people accuse me of cross ramping.
Can someone explain to me why SYME should have a market cap of 150 million based on what I’m genuinely intrigued !!
This is really starting to tick up now is something happening in the background ?
The markets seemed to have liked them !!
Savvy it’s clearly obvious you have invested way more than you should off in this share. For the sake of your mental health I would just write it off and if it comes good it comes good. These conspiracy theories about comments on a share board reducing the market cap of a company by 350 million over the last 2 years are exactly that conspiracy theories. The company has time and time again over promised and not delivered that’s why the price is where it is at.
I’m actually still shocked at the current market cap based on an unproven concept it’s absurd !!
