I have no idea but do you think that any developments in this company related to share value will benefit PIs which amount to 5.6% ? If you do you should be invested.
I for one I am not knowledgable on the structure of Odier's investment who may be linked with it etc etc.
There are so many related party transactions here some reportable due to AIM regs some not which is way too complicated for me to understand.

The sterling amount for the dividend will be the average EUR to GBP rate over 23 - 27 July 2018. So you can calculate it yourself between these two dates.
