One good sign is that ITV is trading above SMA20, 50, 100 and more importantly EMA 200

Technicals suggest that there is strong upward resistance at 1.19 and further resistance once that is breached at 1.46.

I saw 1.4 - 1.6 touted as an average but I think it is mostly wishful thinking on the part of shareholders with such averages. Only if a bid materialises and that will take some time and it's propable.

I am afraid there is a solution to all of this which is to become an independent contractor. I have been one for years albeit in a different field and have had no holiday pay paid by anyone nor plenty of other benefits listed.

I keep hearing This BS about safety concerns since at least 15 years ago I used to work for Centrica. It does not wash with me. Management would not risk being accused of anything that compromises safety and British Gas have one of the best safety records

Thousands of other employees have accepted the new terms. Centrica is not what it used to be neither is the market. The sooner British Gas engineers accepts this the better as the company can move forward. There is an alternative for those that do not like it which is to leave the company and become independent contractors like the thousands that are doing it. Centrica cannot be held to ransom by engineers in the same way the Tube is held to ransom by drivers.

Looks like there was a tree shaking exercise so that a position is built on the cheap, today. I expect this to continue over this week. I am buying on the dips. Centrica will recover to double what it is now in my view. Even 90p does not seem unrealistic by Q3 next year in my view
