I had set an order at 7.75p to buy and it got executed at some point today 7.6 or thereabouts. In hindsight I should have waited next week. I get the sense that the price has room to fall further. HZM have missed a trick. They are running against the general market malaise at the moment. September and October are difficult months. They should have wrapped up things earlier. Does not inspire me with confidence. Everyone here is going on about how great a resource is but forget that timing is everything. Hey ho such is life. I just hope HZM can time their announcement now carefully considering the wider market. I would expect that they do so on a non-capitulating date and if those we have just seen the beginning today there is more to come

Added today at just below 180p - Hopefully UPGS will bounce from this 200 day average - From 2020 onwards it has only ever traded below it during Jan-June 2020. After that it's been trading above the EMA200.

Karv, they can recoup reasonable costs from the government - so the 500GBP you mention per customer (seems a lot to me but besides the point) can and will be recouped

By my reckoning you should be able to get them during the next 2 weeks under 8p. I am holding out for 7.5-7.7p unless an RNS comes through quickly in which case I'll eat my hat. Unlikely however as HZMers are probably taking a breather to enjoy their success.

I can - It's called trading on news flow. It happens everywhere and is the new trading especially by the younger generation who have no patience and expect a quick profit. The sooner you all realise the better. Fundamentals are as other posters said perhaps 3 months away as further negs are on-going. Meanwhile more opportunities present themselves as the market is in a downturn

Let's see if we break the 58.04 barrier which shows up on some sites as resistance. Wolf mentioned 58.5p. In a day when the FTSE IS dragged down by China worries Centrica is on an upwards trajectory. Long it may continue. 90p first stop.

yet the board is full of jam tomorrow. Quite possible I would say but let's get capital working harder in the meantime. Glad I sold one of my tranches at 9.1p this morning. Looking forwards to the next few days hopefully the price will typically drift lower to pick up a few. In the meantime keep up the analysis and the what if scenarios.

@pickedpeck I have other proper investments that fit my handle. CNA is one of them I was buying when Conn was destroying value. That's contrarian. Same with ITV. Funny how people in the market turn investors when they buy high. I hope you are not one of them with HZM

@fulmar29 I did succeed removing my finger as you said and sold for a tasty profit. Beats sitting on one's fat rear-end feeding on hopium. Now back to watching HZM drift downwards for another gainful re-entry. If it goes up, which I sincerely hope it does, I shall remove said finger and deploy more shares to a few believers.

Peck , a naive investor reading this board (and those are plenty) would have thought over the last few days that the securing of finance today would have been manna from heaven to the share price today, hence my jam comment. As you can see, so far it has amounted to nothing spectacular. Personally I managed to sell another tranche this morning at 9.01p and I am eagerly awaiting to see how we close today and how the SP reacts when the placing is announced.... Bets please

HZM don't pay a dividend. It's probably years away and more than likely would be taken over by then.
