Believe me during the next review I am almost certain that suppliers will have to undergo stress tests like the banks do. Either they have capital to withstand price fluctuations or sufficient hedging in place. The small outfits will disappear and the ones that are left like the TEPs of this world will survive because they can offer value added services or bundling, something that Centrica already does to an extend and has scope to do more.

I agree I get the feeling from the BoD that they are part or trying to be part of the woke crowd and any mention of profit/shareholders etc is bad or offensive. It is almost like there is a guilt. Also I think the BoD are trying to preserve their cushy little positions hence why I believe there will be no dividend or a token gesture of one as they need to hoard cash to defend a bid. Obviously they will masquerade this hoarding of cash as a fund for future M&A and expansion. This is why it is better to be invested in US stocks. But that's a debate for another day.

If this was the beginning of a de-risking event then it has had at most a Luke warm reception by mr market. However the characters at play on this board keep on extolling the virtues of the company even though some are selling. They will justify it by whatever means possible (their selling) but they are selling.

Ivor, why does that matter to you how many shares I own? Does it add validity to what I think if I have say more than 100K shares or less than 20K shares? Anyone that invests money should take care with it irrespective of amount and is entitled to a view. Otherwise he/she is an idiot!

options are optional - kind of a safe bet. Skin in the game that's what I am looking for. So many AIM like companies I know exhibit this pattern. Directors not buying shares yet they talk a good game

CV's and previous experience/accolades can take you so far DjRyan. I see the performance of this BoD to date and it is shocking. Delay after delay. I also understand how BoD members make their money in small companies like that. I do not want to get into it for fear of saying something that could be misconstrued as de-ramping. It does not matter who is on board they are all in it to make money for themselves not shareholders, we are the last on their minds.

Jeremy Martin CEO "skin in the game" approx 1.6M shares app 130-140K at today's prices. He believes so much in the dream that he hasn't seemingly bough since Dec 2018.
The amount of shares held by the CEO dwarfs the amount some of the dreamers here have

You want some examples Reggie? Could have bought SMT, CCH, ATT to name a few during Corona crash, traded them a bit in between and there's easily you 300% with no real risk as these are well established names. Give me a break seriously with the nonsense about buying at 2-3p in a company with no proven track record and a dream which can be shattered not by incompetency but by external factors beyond their control
