If there is a deal to buy out all of Frontera's interest in the assets why would you want a website. Let's have a buyout with the new owner having bought all the shares for a decent price. Then we can close the book and get on with the rest of our lives.

Zaza has secured the assets, at least under the existing PSA, and he now has to extract Frontera from the political crap before any new deal can be struck. The election has to be the turning point. GD know this only too well. Their choice is to do a new deal with Frontera and lift a lot of the pressure or continue their anti-American stance thereby risk losing the election as the Georgian people really discover that the GD really has no clothes.

Yet another reminder of gas/oil infrastructure in Georgia from a potential partner who doesn't appear to have the same problems as Frontera with with GD. It can be done, just got to figure out how.

It is not hard to imagine a scenario where certain people in the GD who have a tendency towards corruption in order to accumulate wealth have conspired with others to pressurize Frontera . As examples, short selling nonexistent shares to depress the share price, then an attempt to take over and liquidate the company to capture the value of Block X11 with what aim?, to pass it over to friends of Russia in the GD?.

All this happened in one form or another. For Frontera to have survived this far, as well as the arbitration process and a continuing action against Outrider in California is little short of a miracle. They must know where at least some of the incriminating bodies are buried - Bring it on, let's get this done!
