Nobby, The very fact DAERA haven’t challenged for leave tells you one thing, process may not have been followed? Also, who on Earth factors in a JR to a process map as in scope?.

Fancy having a stab at the questions I posed or just a little bit contentious to review and answer without going against the grain of this board? You can try and make it positive so you don’t get thrown into the pits of doom as a non believer?

Factually incorrect statement Stokey. They have to be accountable for their decision, you can’t just say “Ok we were wrong”. Their whole process and decision making is what is in question here and if it’s got gaps in it the court will demand they’re plugged to avoid a repeat.

Licence has nothing to to with Hydrogen, all the planning permissions also are for Natural Gas and the licence is for Natural Gas only. I’d hazard a guess that as JW was to lazy to resubmit and update the docs as they’re over 11 years old he probably pushed the Dept to use the legislation form that time…. Just a guess. To add, DAERA concede on ten points?… oh dear.

This is not new news. This is a feasibility study to determine scalability and has been on the cards for some time. Positive news for energy advancement and review. Not Natural Gas storage is it…which sadly is what all the “Gas Caverns” permissions are for, legally, along with everything else.

Funny how the latest charges have handed pretty much everything over apart from the office coffee machine to the Pawn shop, including the “Unregistered” agreements with IM land owners which you’re obviously aware of.

Getting a successful outcome on the JR is one very small step. Plenty more “Gotcha’s” which will be spun by JW. You’ll see.

Where is the value in IM? It is a small strip of land. No caverns exist. The value is in the land which by the way has existing and yet to be closed out debt with Costain. The journey to the precious location where the marine licence sits is across the other side of the island across privately owned land so there’s a story. No regulator license , no reverse of the SNIPand “everything” that’s missing. Wise up.

Sensible approach….

He cites fields like Viking, Victor, Amethyst, Pickerill and Audrey as potential candidates, many of which exceed Rough in terms of size – and unlike other longer-term supply-side measures could be implemented relatively quickly.

They’re not in any position from a resource or commercial perspective to tender for any large contracts. The yards are decades out of date for a start. Their outgoings far outweigh their income streams.

Great to see that the SAC’S and how important they are get a mention also.

Someone needs to be in place to hold the board to account with aggressive strategic KPI’s and accountability to deliver, sadly this is not what JW wants. So far they’ve achieved what?…repairs, raises and now “More” loans, which fundamentally underpin nothing. They’ve got plenty of outstanding liability’s that need boxing off in the fist place instead of racking up more debt and dilution.

Anyone worth their salt would tell JW and that “Board” home truths that he doesn’t want to hear.

Plenty of capacity in mothballed storage, no requirement to wait 8 years for some that can’t actually be piped anywhere.
