The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
I'm like that Thompi so I know how you feel. I guess with this one, for you especially as you've just bought it near the current top, maybe don't check the SP too often. Easier for me when I'm sat here on multibags but yeah, come back in October. We'll keep the board as positive as we can until then lol.
There will be no buy backs and no dividends - coming up:
Sancrai Drill Well + 3 further wells at Sancrai
Possible new gas plant at Sancrai (flow rate dependant)
Pump installation in Tunisia (3 I believe)
This all costs money and buying back shares or paying a dividend is 100% not the best use of shareholder funds.
RD - 2554 BOE/D is not less than what we were producing in 2020.
Exit Rates
1st QTR 2,000 BOE/D
2nd QTR 2,514 BOE/D
3rd QTR 2,211 BOE/D
4th QTR 2,122 BOE/D
I estimate Romania is producing 2045 BOE/D and Tunisia 509 BOE/D
People are not factoring the decline rates in Romania and I fear this may lead to some peoples expectations being too high and thus a negative view of the results when they're released. My estimates take zero consideration of the compression that's being installed at Moftinu and assumes workovers have been completed in some if not all of the Tunisian wells.
Lethal, take the figures from the presentation (netbacks) and forecast your own cashflow from each well including declines. Make a prediction on Sancrai and then check the numbers. This is essentially what Auld told everyone to do.
