Zinc stocks now at a new low of 299,875 tons. $3,000/ton only days away. John Kearney at CZN AGM on Tue in Vancouver with results posted at 6.30 pm (11.30 UK time). By the time he's back in Toronto (5hr flight) and preparing stuff, I reckon it'll be Fri morning before we get some AYM news.

Toosday is Noosday, well, it could be Wed or Thur or even Friday. The 28 days is nearly up so some bit of activity is due.

Probably won't be news for a few days as John Kearney has the Canadian Zinc AGM on Tuesday 27th in Vancouver. I see Zinc stocks are down again, now at 301,900 tons. $3,000/ton very soon.

BTW, Zn prices still struggling just a little but should take off shortly with stocks at 311, 925, a new low. Could be under 300k by the end of the month.

My old mutt (Daisy) put on a lot of weight lately and I was quite puzzled til a neighbour,who is a vet, saw her and informed me a litter of at least 6 and possibly 10 is on the way. Relevance ??(1) She's a Labrador (AYM own 15% of Labrador Iron Mines) (2) I'll make money selling the pups ( and from AYM). (3)They should only go to good homes like AYM shares (not to flippen day traders) (4) Drop due same time as PFS. While waiting, to pass time, I'm trying to think of names. Any ideas ? So far I have Zinky, Leadsy, Copsy, Goldy, Silvy (Hi Ho), Pary. If I need more names the BOD,s there. JK, Dany, Leany, Petey and Billsy.

Dalradian trading at C$ 1.67 on TSX with £1 now worth C$ 1.68. That's just £1.01 a share, so they are good value this side of the pond.

Where are all our Guys gone? Off sunning themselves for the summer. Well, We're making money by the bucketful with Dalradian now C$ 1.67 (£1.01) in Toronto. Should be more developments in the next few days.

The paperwork must be nearly done at this stage,surely. I hope we get something out of them before summer hols (July and August) kick in. It's too early to be counting the days to the AGM --- again.

Copied from ADVFN so it must be true. BREAKING NEWS from Toronto. TSX and AIM listed Dalradian have more than doubled their offer to buy out Minco's Royalty. The new offer works out at 4'5 P per Minco share. Simultaneously Minco have announced a US$50 million bid for for their Canadian Lead and Zinc properties has been received from GLENCORE. Mr John F Kearney of Minco has welcomed the offer but said US$75 Million would be more realistic. Mr Kearney has also revealed that Mr Sharawander Singh of Tata Steel and Mr Elon Musk OF Tesla Electric Cars are interested in entering negotiations to acquire Minco's Manganese properties. Manganese is a vital component of both steel and car batteries. Mr Kearney has stated if the bid is right he's prepared to do business. Clarification of the above is expected over the weekend and early next week.

It just doesn't make sense to sell just now at the present price. About 3 million shares sold today, mostly at near 2.3 P. 2.3 P per Minco share equals 1 Dalr share @94P. 94P was Dalr,s SP 6 months ago and it should go back to that level within a month or two after our deal is completed. By a years time £2, £3, a Fiver ? who knows? Today's sellers are giving away for free the Canadian assets, (Canadian Zinc deal soon), the Manganese Property, $3 mil cash and nearly 4 million Dalr shares. I hope folks will hold on if they can. It'll be well worthwhile.

Just a point Mr G. The 1.95 isn't written in stone. We'll receive 1 Dalr (DNA on TSX) for every 41 Minco. At the moment Dalr are about 80P. Low volume just now until deal complete. It makes more sense to buy Minco if you want Dalr shares. Dalr were at 94 P last Sept/Oct. I think Dalr will be 2 to 3 Quid a share in a years time as they receive planning. Plans to produce 130,000 ozs gold per year ( US$ 162,000,000 @ $1250 /oz) for 1st 10 years then rising to 150'000 ozs P/A . Costs estimated at 40 - 45%. They have issued about 250 million shares which is not that high. All this is on Dalr RNS last Dec 12th. I think I'll revise my estimate for 12 months. How about a Fiver. What do you think?

Well done Telliz, 1 Mio share = 0.0243. That's near enough 40 to 1. 1 mil divided by 40 = 25,000 Dalradian shares at 80 P a share equals 20 thousand pounds. I reckon that'll treble in the next 12 months. So' whats it to be ? A new Merc?

There won't be many tuppenny sales after today. Dalradian have issued an RNS about the exercise of warrants so they are doing their bit to speed things along. The big boys should be arriving from Monday. I hope some folks aren't tempted to take a quick profit. From what I'm hearing Minco's new arrangement should be worth over 10p by the year's end and our new Dalradian shares worth 2 to 3 quid apiece. We couldn't have hoped for better.

Some sums over in Advfn. Buy 100,000 Minco for 2 Grand (2P a share) and also get 2430 Dna shares (todays SP is near 80P) worth 1944 Pounds. For every 3 Dna shares for the shareholder the new company will get 1 Dna share. By any calculation the SP should be a minimum of 4P just now and should be heading for 6 or 7p over the next few weeks.

This looks like a super deal after a long wait. I think the BOD played a blinder with patience being a major contributor. Tremendous choices now with a leg in both comps. Dna has fallen back a bit lately (suited us) but I reckon they'll at least double or treble in the next 12 months as planning comes through so hang on to some of them at least.

News from Minco very often comes in threes, like punctures. I can hear deals being struck very soon.

Must be some news very soon. How about 10 mil for our Dal stake or 5 mil plus 1 Dal share for every 10 Mio shares. The longer they wait the more it will cost Dal. It's past time for news on the Canadian projects also.
