Any chance PFC could have a role to play here, given its links to both countries and the green energy sector?

Rolls-Royce is set to offer its engineering expertise to researchers and is in "positive dialogue" with Qatar Foundation over a "climate technology centre".

Of the GBP4 billion investment planned, GBP1.5 billion will be used to fund the development of new green energy ideas, aiming to create "unicorn" companies worth USD1 billion.

Qatar will make its investment announcement in "weeks", the Times said.

I read the discussion around profit taking and timing. I am on a paper profit of many thousands here and I still have added more. RR is undergoing an incredible recovery and I do not plan to sell SP sub 3, as always DYOR and GLA.

@stockbuster - I’m heavily invested in PFC and RR. I decided to sell IAG shares and pump more into RR. I’m at max exposure on PFC but hopefully will still come good - hoping for an RNS in September 😜

Which is the same plant; so would make sense all around when PFC already have such a major presence there. Let them capture carbon, I say. GLA, DYOR as I know you do! 😜

Aye Stockbuster, but when this is happening with PFC, a RNS tends to arrive and they often release them on a Friday. GLA and keep the faith.
