@Rall I agree, shorters literally selling all those extra shares ( that are borrowed- shares double sold). I can’t say the SP I drop is not disconcerting but there is NO new news so my approach is to wait for news.

Holding here, market overreacting. All in my own opinion. RNS disappointing and thought we would have seen 2P today bu LB Interview very positive really and there is a plan. The dust will settle, this is no duster and the gas will rise.

To answer your question, I will move away from your multiple choice and say “all things which could affect a company’s share price and performance on the stock market.” I think most would agree there has been a significant drop in the SP on no apparent news. So IMO if there is no news then some public relations by PFC would be helpful and if there has been a change to a RI, then yes an RNS.

@jambo, yes IMO. If the BOD are considering a RI. It obviously impacts on SP and investors. I listened to the CEO presentation to shareholders 6 months ago and he dismissed a possible RI. If their position has changed, then the market should know. In addition they should address the speculation. Not good enough PFC, not good enough.

@Star, maybe the contents of that article is are rhe reason behind the. Drop in SP. But why no RNS about it?

@baronbog. I obviously have an interest in my investment here and if the SP is dropping through the floor, that, most reasonable people would agree is not a good thing for me. Your logic is nonsensical because regardless of the SP dropping on no news and low volumes, there is doubt and uncertainty as to how this will play out. Believing the SP will recover as I do does not equate to certainty so I cannot see how your contribution informs the debate. Sorry though if you found the emoji’s derogatory. They were winking and laughing which I thought reflected a humorous tone.

I have no strong feelings about shorting but IMO companies like PFC need some form of protection from this manipulation - low trading volumes, low cap, non dividend paying etc. Just an opinion but apologies for any upset - I enjoy a bit of banter on the board 🍦👀 And hope you forgive me if I caused any upset but if you are shorting her, I doubt you are too upset 😂
