Two £20.01k sells. Seller still around unfortunately... when does he run out of supply. Seems endless. Surely not much more to clear.
Infinite holding alright... it's ridic. How much more... the only reason why this has been held back.
Where is the RNS for Lombard Odier's 6.7%? Erik shows this in the investor presentation but there has been no update on the website "AIM Rule 26" (https://www.shantagold.com/investors/aim-rule-26/)
MMs or particular broker must surely still be gradually off-loading shares in the background from the aftermath of Odey's firesale. I wonder how much more remaining? It has been constant selling every day, no matter what good news is thrown at us, this share fails to rocket despite the incredible results and performance. IMO, DYOR.
It would be nice if the directors +chairman buy at these prices.. would send a good message. We need some big buyers and IIs.
Interesting I'll have a look at RUA... I've been following Asos recently. They raised 80mil at 520p to clean up balance sheet and Fraser Group loading up over the past few days from 5% to 10% now. Share price down from 6000p to now 350p in just 2 years. Quite incredible destruction of shareholder value but I think there is some trading opportunity now. RSI now at 25 which indicating oversold territory. What you guys think? IMO, DYOR.
"Recognised revenue for the period was £1.12M" Peanuts... no wonder it is crashing. It's all well and good claiming 80% gross margin for Immunoinsights but if growth cannot be scaled then it's going to be difficult to get investor support.
In my opinion the selling of Oncimmune LTD for 13 million was a low ball offer. I just wonder how much R&D was spent and the amount of time (many years) to for the Early Detection of Cancer of the Lung Scotland (ECLS) study with 12,210 high-risk smokers. The ECLS study was the largest-ever randomized study for the detection of lung cancer using biomarkers. Share price reflecting disappointment and I hope they deliver before cash runs out. IMO, DYOR.
Interesting analysis on ABDX. It seems Angle dropping quite a lot today, not sure how much further it will fall. What's your take?
Now would be a good chance for the directors at Angle to buy some more at these prices and inject further confidence in the company. It would also help to unlock those generous share options they've been awarded.
Wyn..wow perfect timing with WOSG, timing couldn't get any better. 8% rise already... very nice.
Good to learn ur opinions on AGL. fingers crossed for u both too.
AGL as Wyn mentioned fully funded until 2024 h2 with 30 mil + cash end of 2022. So unlike Eve they don't have the short-term issue cash issue. I am hoping the momentum can continue as AGL focuses on commercialisation and more deals in the pipeline. AGL raised 20mil at 80p in latest round... so I think 16p was crazy due to exits at any cost from other big sellers like Amati Global Investors Fund (stated they exited small holdings in their April report). Now they are out I am hoping the buy pressure outweighs the sells driving share prices higher which we are seeing with the recent correction from 16p to now 28p. I think further to go, 30p would be a good milestone to hit. IMO, DYOR
What's ur analysis from yesterday's close? Are you getting back in? :) @Wyn
Good to see you trading well D-Geeman
I have an amateur mistake of selling too early on stocks doing well and holding on to losses (Case in hand with EveSleep) when I should do the opposite. Hoping I can hold on to the growing pattern this time round and selling at the right time.
Hi Wyn, not a holder of HE1 but a curious follower anyways. Holder of Angle Plc, seems may be finally turning a corner. Would be great to learn ur opinion on Angle from TA perspective also. Thanks
32mil Cash end of 2022. I think they doing what they can to save costs with extension of cash runway reported to be 2024 H2. Hopefully by then the economy is not as crap as it is now. And importantly further progress made with commercialising and partnerships for its Parsortix blood biopsy system. Luckily Angle Plc raised 20mil last year at 80p. The company is not valued at much for a technology that is meant to be the future of cancer diagnostic. Hopefully we can see turnaround soon... GLA, DYOR, IMO
I see ur comment on Angle D-Geeman, I am also following and have position now. Seems like an earlier reversal trend occurring but not to sure. I think if can go above 20p this may confirm this. What you thoughts? Also Wyn whether ur following Angle too? Thanks
This company should have been stripped and return cash back to shareholders a long time ago... instead directors took their time to fill their own pockets. A broken business model which only eats cash and does not generate sustainable profits. In these market conditions, they are going to find it hard to find a buyer willing to pay a large premium for this company unless it is Axel since they already spent too much money already. IMO, DYOR.
Not much cash in balance sheet. They need funding badly but not the best market conditions to raise capital. Time is ticking... GLA. IMO,DYOR.
Share options to AN and IG. Shocking. How about the other senior employees? I am very surprised the directors approved such a package at this stage when SP crashed since a very recent 20m raise at 80p. Billie G. must feel disappointed to learn that such an incentive is given at such a low hurdle, vesting 6mil shares when SP hits only 56p lower than the 150p high considering the context of recent raise a few months ago, they could have set a higher target to at least aim higher than the 80p of recent raise. Disgraceful. BOD useless, Sheep following the shepherd. IMO, DYOR.
If for instance Ichor is in indeed the seller of 3m shares, what is the usual procedure for selling and disposing such large amounts? Do they contact a particular appointed MM at an agreed price and then MM take these off their hands and offloads to the market? Anyone know how it works? Those sells after hours, does that mean they found a buyer for those shares already or MM still holding for future sale?
Wyn, very good call! good for u. What's your analysis on where it goes next from TA? GL! Hope it generates a massive return for u.
HARL has issued 3 RNS's on 3 consecutive trading days, coincidence or not? I wonder whether they in the process of raising capital via rights issue to strengthen their balance sheet in light of big orders in order to disclose further information to potential IIs. Or they just trying to release more good news so more people buy the supply from sellers? Anyways good news to learn about their strong sales pipeline. I think from FA perspective, it is pretty solid. I will be looking for the right time to buy.. not sure when yet. IMO, DYOR.
Wyn, interesting and unusual u take off ur TA hat off to FA. I agree, HARL has great potential to become big, but I am a bit concerned with the lack of IIs, if look at the shareholders, the only ones remaining are selling.. I am puzzled as to why big investors are not flocking to this what seems to be an amazing opportunity. A company that is valued at $25m.. with almost a billion dollar deal. What puzzles me further is why are the sellers Killik, Appledore and Kave offloading millions of shares at this low price if this opportunity is so so great. And why no big investors taking them. It is very very strange to me. Why u purchase 2x today? Why not tomorrow?
