Low volume... IIs stopped buying with a period of low activity resulting in drifting in share price.

Can't really compare RR with Harl... they are in completely different situation and scale. With a much significant support from IIs and financiers.

Can't say the same for Harl which is why we are in such a mess today. CFO not competent enough to get the right deal (s) over the line.

We should never really have all eggs in one basket by relying solely on a government backing for a loan.

Should have combined strategies combing debt and equity for funding and generate more interests from IIs from diverse specialist investors. Instead HARL purely relying on attracting mainly short-term retail investors which won't be sufficient to fund 3000 jobs

Persistent 10k buying...who's buying?

JW and Arun needs to swiftly find plan B finance deal and announce to the market even at slightly higher interest rates.

Low hanging fruit is agreeing with RiverStone to extend the 200m facility at the current rates for the next 5 years. If UKEF deal goes ahead then it terminates plan B.

This type of deal will reaffirm the market and lenders that we will be a going concern regardless.

Will buy back in after I see some confidence that a deal will go ahead, even if it means I pay more.

Fair arguments about fundamentals vs TA. For those who are able to combine both, will increase the chances of making better decisions which will increase the odds of winning I believe.

Vanquis Bank has legs... after share price falling to its knees. Mid-teens ROTE will generate significant earnings equivalent to market cap. BOD claims 2025 onwards will see return to performance.

Hopefully by then we will see CMC complaints sorted when FCA implements new rules to pass admin fees to CMC for meritless claims.
