I thought the Blackrock overhang was done.. where is the selling coming from? It seems never ending despite all the positive news flow.

Besides, if Condor assets were that attractive, Calibre wouldn't have just walked away so easily after all their experts evaluated and would understand clearly the value of the resource which is just located next door.

Calibre obviously think the asset is not that appealing or overpriced which is why they haven't bothered to bid a reasonable price or even counter-offer. The amount we are talking about is not much for Calibre. So it just shows the BOD has very little other options to consider now.

It has been 2 long years this sales process has been dragging on, if there was a better offer it would have happened. I think we need to be realistic, take the offer and move on or we risk further uncertainty. IMO.

Jim Mellon's gold mine Condor Gold making advanced discussions for selling his company for around £90m to Metals exploration. Should the sale proceed, this should release some more cash for Jim Mellon to consider further buybacks here on the cheap. IMO DYOR.

Jim Mellon needs to have a chat with his banker and wealthy friends and convince them it is time to buy at these bargain prices.

It can't stay like this forever if they want to be a leading Ag Cellular fund but with a tiny market cap.. no chance they can raise money at this level unless they raise the share price first. imo, dyor

A raise was suppose to come a long time ago, but I guess it has been hard for them to generate interest from IIs during this time. Will consider buying after the raise... too risky to buy any now. I am surprised the share price has maintained so well despite cash position and the clear indication from Management to raise. GLA, IMO

I don't think seller is done yet. MMs playing games, they understand how u traders think, allow for a period of time to rise to create a false sense of upward momentum and before u know it unload again. 😂 IMO, DYOR.
