Almost expecting an RNS this morning, from BOD saying "The BOD sees no reason as to the rise in VOG SP in recent days as we are still doing SH*T and taking your money"

Yes I felt exactly the same when I lost all on Quindell, its never easy but the way I copped was buy re-evaluating my life and what I had and my family and health came on top (although health has gone by the wayside now) when I invest now I always think these people are out to take my money...(very sad really) but 9/10 times true....

Its a very difficult situation and time for LTHs, and its easy for me to say you have to put it to one side and move on...but thats exactly what you have to do. I had a similar situation with Quindell virtually wipped me out but ironically I felt much better when I had sold, I swore then that I would never invest in AIM again a few years later I did with BMN and re-couped all my losses and a lot more "maybe I just got Lucky" I hope you find some peace and at some point get "lucky" and re-coup your loses.....it can be done....good luck.

Have you read the RNSs ? or listened to any news ? or are you on an Island non of us have heard of?

hey please accept my apologies if I have made you feel that way...I am not trying to be-little anything and I really feel for the long term holders but we are where we are I sold yesterday because I do not see any realistic alternative but that's just my view...I wish you well and good luck I really hope an alternative or improved offer comes in...

I did sell yesterday at 5.72 not happy at all but what is the choice? we are shafted simple...

Reading that RNS over and over again tells me that it will not be 5.5p.......it will be less....

When you think about it £384M is a lot of cash for a half dug hole and a few bags of John Innes number 3......so 5.5p maybe good value, and it could be less....what other options do we have.....?

If you think the Iranian "measured" attacks on the free world are over then you are very fickle....this has a long way to go yet. however I do not think there will be direct attacks on Oil stocks, but revenge attacks will happen maybe not this week or next but they will happen, I actually laughed when Trump said Iran had backed down......YEA RIGHT....

My opinion for what its worth, is that I doubt anyone else will pop out of the "woodwork" and that this has been very carefully planned..... its quite obvious that financing was not an option I think circa 5.5p will be "it" and possibly less, the BOD will recommend the offer and generally when this happens its nearly always pushed through.....not great for LTHs but it does save the project and jobs this was always risky..... CAPITALISM at its best little man invests and does all the work big man comes and takes all the rewards....very sad but true.....

Even if it goes to a S/H vote it will make no difference this deal will be pushed through.... at the price stated and there is a chance it could be less, seen this so many times now....LTHs shafted as usual

It certainly looks like there is no other offer and financing was impossible.....if you read the RNS the offer could be less so for that reason Im out....maybe too early but thats my choice...
