Not sure we will get anymore info from the AGM however a bid for the company would have to be at least 30 40 % above the sp to get share holder approval... but with Nanocos financial situation they don't really have the upper hand in any negotiations and the third party will know that....lets hope our IP has a value.....fingers crossed.

Totally agree with sage.... in fact I would be shocked if FOO was not trying something to take this private....whats to lose he would pick it up for peanuts shafting the shareholders yet again....FOO probably has enough money that he has embezzled from our coffers to pretty much finance it himself....all speculation of course ...

At this price the divi has now been tipped out so those who sold late the day before ex-divi did very well......I commend you.

I think the $ has a little to do with the drop it certainly is not all ex divi drop......and I do see a hike if Cons get a majority.....not if but when....

Well divi in the bag.... but those that got out late yesterday I feel made the right call short term......however I do believe there is a lot more upside here and we will see a grind up with some volatility....business is improving at VOD but its such a slow moving tanker time and circumstances will dictate.....GLA

Virgin..... not great results and stop divi up 12% ????? well well well......Paragon will have their day but it will be a grind upwards with some volatility but that's the way it should be....hopefully then you get no large pull backs, this is a very well run "bank" that has a sustainable business model with a good divi.....
