I know this is the BP board but I own both BP and RDSA and that was a huge buy back over at shell yesterday....at some point those buy backs will reflect in the SP.....

Well that was another huge share buy back yesterday....but will it help the SP?

The Government has now virtually lost 3.5B in tax revenue now....because all carriers are going try to be defer the ADP tax....whether the tax was right or wrong is not the issue.... this is the wrong way to go about it?

I have been a S/H in STOB for some time now, however I do think the government intervention is very wrong and they are creating a "rod for there own back" I also feel sorry for all the FLYBE shareholders that got stuffed when FLYBE was sold for virtually "nowt" what must they be thinking? the government didn't help them....I will be taking a good look at my position in STOB over the next few days.....but the possibility of Tinkler gone makes me want to stay....GLA

cant keep up with all these 8.3 forms and tbh not sure what's going on....not sure if its bad or good but plenty taking positions whether that be long or short ..... cant be both right...always a winner and a loser.....

Again as much as this may affect my investment in STOB I still think the Government should not intervene.....where does it stop. Very dangerous...but just my opinion.

been in Stop for some time but I do not think the government should intervene .... I believe the consortium were only ever interested in the slots anyway....I dont think they ever really wanted FLYBE as is.....

I do not fully understand how the 8.3 forms work but that RNS at 7.26am certainly reads to me that someone is increasing there short position.....and there seems to be lots of them over the last few days...someone knows something.....can anyone with a better understanding of the form 8.3 please explain...as I maybe reading them wrong...thanks

I here what you say... however If you look at the premium of company buy outs in the past only a few exceptions go for much more than a 40% premium.... yes I hope and we could be one of those exceptions, but generally the market would have picked this up way before us PIs do but the fact is we are still sitting at 12.80p I have been here for some time and have traded a few over the years but never made any serious money from Nanoco I truly hope I am wrong and we get numerous buyers offering daft money either way im here till the end now..... GLA and lets hope we get what I think we deserve....

totally agree except I would put 20p as the max....

It does not surprise me that FLYBE need more money "if thats true" we got it for nothing and all 3 parties would have known that it would take some time to get them to be a competitive force, it was never going to happen overnight... but remember its split 3 ways. What intrigues me more is that if I am reading correctly Tosca Fund have taken a new 11.7% stake/position can someone with more nouse confirm that or what's happened please?

Seems to be a lot taking or increasing there short positions.....How greedy can you get? to55ers....

I am assuming its all gone through and been passed if AAOG are mentioning drawdown of the 250k loan we gave them? and that the shares will be divided as of tomorrow ?

hopefully break 3p today? who knows ? its possible.....
