I am holding here... I feel the next set of results will be much better and my reasoning is the 99p stores will be more or less fully integrated xmas for pound shops is fine for stuff like wrapping paper and cellotape but the majority of people see xmas as a special time and will shop at more up market stores, however after xmas this customer is generally skint and will revert back to thrifty spending...just my thoughts...

yep they have been punished hard in my opinion they told the market xmas would not be great they are still growing much faster than any other retailer i know im in at around 2.00 and have just bought again at 1.70 no intention of selling

Take a look at Tescos RNS they have just settled claims for overstatment of earnings in the US of $12m MINISCULE.....................................

Ok so over the past 18 months QPP has been through the mill to say the least......but that disposal was either genius or we are the luckiest investors on the planet....I know some S/Hs wont think that but I for one feel we played 4 aces on that sale.....GLA

Buying shares in any AIM company is high risk but if it starts to affect your health and brings you down that bad, I suggest you cut your loses and have done with it....health is far more important than money.

Yes I too missed that RNS....I feel a 7am would have been better however this is a very large buy for a company with a m/c of only 6m i fully expect a rise today to reflect this. GLA
